Sadly this place has gone down the toilet. The drinks are not as good as before, seems like everyone is cutting corners...with everything, down to the employees. You can not let a bunch of teenagers run any business effectively. I understand that it's the business's fault for the most part because they want to pay nothing and/ or invest in their reputation as company.Secondly as you can see the place was filthy and disgusting. Should have turned around and walked out. I won't be going back.

absolutely terrible experience at this Jamba Juice location. Why would you only sell to certain customers. Very unprofessional your entire crew needs customer service training. Waste of time.

unprofessionali am a former employee at this jamba. upper management gave us no guidance and left us to figure things out on our own with little to no training. there’s roaches, on top of that it’s just really really gross BOH. horrible overpriced product and just an understaffed business that they had to interest in ever fixing. there’s no way this place doesn’t go under in the next two years

I will first say that I KNOW these young people try hard but they are TRULY UNDERSTAFFED which makes for no less than a 25-40 minute wait for your order . Very often, items ( bananas!!!) are out of stock and substitutes must be made that don't really taste like what you come for. Also, a little bit closer attention to clients' personal requests might make the experience a bit more pleasurable ( I hate returning a drink because it's not what I asked for ). Anyway...they get an A for effort, because you can feel in their heart they really want you to be happy, but I feel like they just get completely overwhelmed! 2 people on the weekend with 10 +++ guests is difficult.
Saturday morning visit at 11:30am for a fresh juice but jamba doesn't have fresh juice. Changed our minds and ordered a smoothie, jamba doesn't have bananas.... so we went to Panera. Sad store.

The staff is really nice and the smoothie bowls are really delicious
