Got food for the kids. Only got one napkin. Kids were happy
For the most part this jacks has pretty consistent food. Just sometimes they run out of chicken nuggets.
The hours are not accurate , this is my 5th time pulling up to this location at 5 am and the drive thru is closed even though it sais open on google maps
tables were dirty, tacos & curly fries were extra greasy. All I could taste was grease. They've been out of diet coke for at least 3 weeks. No bueno
Never answer phone, drive through is consistently closed when it's supposed to be open. It will say open on maps but cones in drive through and door to inside locked. Constantly disappointing.
Telling customers at drive thru they are closed on a Wednesday night 10/20. So I parked in parking lot and placed my order through the app, went back through the drive thru got told again that they were closed. Told the guy I placed it online and I got my food. Um they were definitely not closed just being lazy. I won’t come back to this location again.
One star is way too much, I went after work tonight to get some food. While I was watching them get my food together, the lady who was doing so, took her hand, wiped her nose, the proceeded to grab my food. I let them know at the window what happened, the lady rolled her eyes, threw the bag away, and started pulling food again for me with the same dirty hands. I nearly got sick watching it, and drove off. I called to speak with a supervisor and he apologized and said they would take care of it, before I could get him any information , he hung up. I have tried calling back multiple times, no answer. I will make sure to make this public on as many platforms as possible.
No consistency on quality of food. Service is good

I called back to speak to manager but someone who addressed himself as Superior answered and as I explained to him that the chicken itself is old, and you can taste it, he flat out said no, I was in the kitchen making the food, so there's no way. I understand why they are a shortage of staff now. The lack of profession in the jack in box is renounce. Even with the superior their, the quality is worst. The drink tasted really bad, like piping or cleaning solution. I requested a refund but he said no, I'ma just make it fresh. It should've been done like that in the first place. The superior was rude, unprofessional,and I can understand why people ain't going to work. This is the way they treat customers especially who come here daily, I can just imagine the employees. Any management employee don't react like that, I brought the food to prove it but he just locked himself in and closed shop. As I was there, they had messed up someone Else's order.
