Food and service are filthy. Containers filthy. Lots of health code violations. Food is stacked on top of each other and served to guests. Fingers in food. So Disgusting this place has not changed!!! Very watery subpar coffee. Horrible!!! They know their clientele and believe that we don’t deserve good clean food.IHop Respect customers serve customers with dignity. This chain does not care. It’s a place for pigs. This fingers in food and extremely week coffee in America is ridiculous. I could not and did not eat. I spared my stomach the potential food poisoning. Acting manager needs training he does not care. Went between 10-11 Am. . Not good at all.

Service was good. I ordered a Cowboy BBQ Seasoned Grilled Chicken sandwich and when my sandwich came, it had hamburger. Needless to say, I wasn't pleased. I had to wait for them to fix my sandwich while my parents got to eat their's so their's didn't get any colder that it already was when they received it.
I'm not the type of person who make a big deal of complaining about something.Today I took my family for a break fast and my daughter order something that she just didn't like it, we ask the waitress that my daughter didn't like it and she wanted to change it for something else and the waitress refused it to do it. We tell her that she can take the dish and she didn't remove the charge from the ticket.Please management better training for your employees.Client always first.
Even though it was a little late when we arrived, we were treated to a warm welcome and seated shortly after. The food was amazing, I mean who doesn't like pancakes? The entire time we were asked how everything was in nice intervals. I would definetly recommend to go here
My partner and I met his father here for his birthday. There was some confusion on the orders but other than that it was a great visit to IHOP. I did let someone know that we had a birthday and was hoping they’d do something but they maybe forgot. I was sad but I’m sure his father probably preferred not making a scene about his birthday. The food was great and the people were very kind and helpful.
Food was hot and fast. We didn't have to wait at all and service was great.
Christmas Day we Walked in at 1:45pm and they said sorry we are closing at 2pm today and stared at us. After us saying uhhh ok it’s not 2pm? They said we can’t seat you. They turned down my party of 2 another party of 5 and several other vehicles full of people pulling into the parking lot as we left. I understand it’s Christmas Day but usually if you show up before a place is closing they seat you. Seems like it was just laziness. After I personally worked all Christmas Eve and into Christmas morning till 2am I wanted to go out to eat So we went to Denny’s instead.
Over the top service from Maria Jovinta(I think that was her name). Always filled my son n my drinks before we asked. Probably the very service I had anywhere! Keep up the excellent service, food was good too!
