Very disappointed by the service today, May 28, 2022. There are new waiters and the service was much different: in the past when the tray was not warm or almost empty the waiter asked always for a new one from the kitchen. Today the new waiter literally emptied all the rest of the vegies in my box. I felt not welcomed and well served today in this place.
Under new ownership or something! The food quality has completly gone down hill. We use to go 1 or 2 every couple weeks and they knew us! Now there like Robots. The food was bland, cold and not fresh. I am so upset because that was our go to place. We also use to be able to feed three to four of us on a three item combo and now I can only feed my husband and daughter.
I was in the area decided to try after reading the reviews.Service was poor they wasn't patient on you making your choices.Food got cold fast and orange chicken was cooked hard.
Mushroom and kung Pao chicken had no chicken. The soda from the machine taste bad, probably has not been clean since grab opening. Bbq pork is dry and tough. Food taste is meh at best.
Under new management blahh!? Food does not taste the same is cold and they take so long to take and give our order. No hot sauce on tables really.
Best fast food Chinese place around, huge portion and very reasonably priced. Downside is they have no idea how to manage a line, which is usually out the door when you walk up. For instance right now I finally stepped through the threshold of the business, I've been here for 5 minutes. When I arrived 7 people were in front of me.....Now its been 20 minutes and still 4 people in front of me.... granted when I arrived every table was full with patron eating, now dining room completely empty other than the 4 people in from of me and the now 7 people behind me. Laughing I can see one of the workers in the back eating a KFC sandwich.... ohh they have speed up a bit, finally ordering at 27 minutes. Order I can see has been completed I'm now been here 34 minutes. Fi ally paying and receiving my food. A total of 37 minutes. And they gave me orange chicken instead of spicy orange chicken like I ordered, I didn't want to wait the time to have it corrected
Portion sizes were small, food had no flavor and the wait was ridiculous. Not worth the time or money
Have been going since they opened up about 15 years ago. Always good and fresh. Great price point for what you get. I and my family love it.
I think this place has a better flavor to Chinese food would highly recommend
Excellent atmosphere and super amiable service. The food was fresh and yummy. Will surely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Reasonable rates and large meals. Good job.
