I hate leaving bad reviews the food wasnt bad but they have rude customer service the guys all seem young and inexperienced and wouldnt take responsibility to exchange our food that they made incorrectly to begin with and said they can remake the order the way we want it but we would have to pay for it! i wouldnt recommend a restaurant with workers with this kind of customer service
The burgers taste delicious! We went on a Tuesday afternoon, Carmen was not the friendliest. She misunderstood my order, when we realized the miscommunication she was unapologetic, she didn't really care. But anyway she brought our order to our table so that was cool. But past that she wasn't the best, oh well ??♀️
Love fat burger and glad there is one in corona. Honestly all there food is good but can't go wrong with a double with everything.
Extremely Rude Service!!!.I hate giving bad reviews but this is not cool. The clerk watched me walk in, didn't say anything then went to the back to help make burgers. She glanced up at me but never once did she say one moment, I'll be right with you, or anything to the effect. I literally just stood there for 10 minutes while she completely ignored me to finish making orders. I usually love Fat Burger so this is hard to write. Also, her and the cook were wearing mask but no one had gloves on. There was only one family in there. She may have been busy with online orders but atleast acknowledge the customer. It's probably a blessing in disguise since we are in a pandemic, covid is spreading like wildflowers, and they are NOT wearing gloves. Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN to this Fat Burger.
Hamburger was delicious. Just not used to having a relish on a hamburger the way it was designed. But other than that good service. Good food
Customer service is horrible. Food had to be taken back due to incorrect order. Upon return the acting manager, young and inexperienced, was not only rude but took the liberty of approaching the customer uncomfortably close with Covid on the rise safety for the customer was not exercised.Several calls have been made for a call back by the owner but to no avail. My bank has been contacted as no food was received or replaced and I choose my own charity organizations. We have frequented this location since opening and not had issues such as this which is why the erratic behavior of the immature manager on duty is troubling with his yelling and unprofessionalism. Even in these times of uncertainty customers have other choices.

Food came promptly and was good quality. A good option if you want something before watching a movie at the theatre with not much time
Over price food, mess up with my order. Took 30 mins just for buffalo chicken. Order a meal but just provided soda
Too pricy. Plus I could've made this better at home
