I don't really eat here but I do stop often because the family loves it. They do seem to get the orders wrong often and I'm not sure if it's due to the drive thru system not being clear or what, could be. They also take a bit too long to get your order done compared to other fast food places. I've only ever tasted their fried zucchini and those are great. Maybe I should eat here more often and give you guys a higher rating.
I was in the Restaurant this morning and i was behind the register for more then 5 Minutes with out being approach by the cashier (manager) she was preparing some else food which I'm ok but she could say some like i will be with you whatever. But she had time to investigate questioning and checking the receipt for a client that never got his drink and he was just asking for it she was so rude and disrespectful. At this point me and my wife just left this lady is always been super rude and had no people skills we were able just to ignore it and continue going because we love the food, but no more we need to stop this she needs to change her attitude or leave.
The service was great and the food was delicious. We sat inside to eat our breakfast and the place and restroom was very clean. I would definitely eat there again.
Breakfast Burrito was huge. Definitely worth the money!
I heard this place had bad management, and got to experience it first hand. Wanted to order a Parmesan bacon avocado cheeseburger and was told they no longer have it, even though the app showed it, and they did have Parmesan grilled cheese sandwich. So I ordered the Natural Avocado bacon cheeseburger. What I got was just a cheeseburger. No bacon or avocado. I called and the manager made me wait while she verified the order and that I was charged for just a natural bacon cheeseburger and just offered to give me free bacon next time. She did not understand that my sandwich was not what I ordered and did not taste good. Any other place would have offered a replacement sandwich. I was sorely disappointed. I will never go back to this location and will go to the one on Lincoln instead.
Went through the.drive through around 3pm and there was noone over the intercom. Drove to the window and the drive.thru person was on the phone. So when she was done she took my order and commented that she never heard.me yet she got the car.behind me. Then.it.took forever to get the food
I called their Corp. Office, Unfortunately Farmer boys representative acted like they were concerned asked me for more information than never ever got back to me sadly customer service is going down the drain at Farmer boys because I've never had an issue until now now you took my money didn't provide me my meal. I paid for my food. Paid a service to deliver. Farmer Boys had Great Food Bad Customer Service No refunds for messed up orders They Do Not replace an order They messed up. No manger was avail. The salad portions were huge! All the food was pretty good except the kids in our group didn't seem to like the fried fish or chicken tenders and the way the lady put the whipped cream in the milkshake didn't look quite sanitary for someone serving food. Regardless of that, we will definitely visit again. I will look for other locations closer to home and try them.
We stopped in for burgers. I ended up getting the CA BLT which comes with mashed avocado ? on it. It was so cool and fresh. I'm always happy when I get to eat here. And the service is also great. The food was brought to our table very quickly even though it's not fast food.
Horrible. That sums up the food I just bought. Pepsi was flat. Lemonade tasted like soap. Both drinks were not cold. Fries WERE cold though. Go figure. I ordered onion rings and received 3. Yes 3 onion rings. Bacon burger was bland and bacon was rubbery along with tomato that I asked to NOT be put on it. Just overall a horrible overpriced place to grab a bite to eat. Never again will I go to this location. Maybe this is why there wasn’t a line.
