The food is usually great, but the customer service quality is hit or miss (most cashiers at this location have bad attitudes, like they don’t care at all and don’t want to work there, and few have good attitudes). Today my bagel was burnt and had very little cream cheese on it (usually the bagel is pleasantly soft and there’s plenty of cream cheese). The medium original hot cappuccino and the hash browns were good though.

Extremely RUDE service today if you can even call it that. This lady working there was barking at me while taking my order like she just wanted me out. She was not alone, there was a line in the drive-thru, but there were 2 other workers and no one else in the store.I also saw her get very exasperated and yell at an elderly customer.
2 of the coffees i ordered were all creamer and milk and no coffee. Coffee is always inconsistent over there
I've given this place so many chances to redeem itself. But I always end up disappointed. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, and I got a sandwich alright ? But not what I was expecting. Here's what I ordered and what I got ?♂️
Ordered coffee, donuts and a breakfast sandwich this morning. Both coffees were absolute garbage. The hot coffee cup was 3/4th full. The 'light ice' coffee drink had 'No ice'; apparently, they mean the same thing in English. We had to spend 15 min to re-engineer both of them so they tasted edible, rather than absolute trash. SO THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST RUN ESTABLISHMENTS IVE EVER IN COUNTERED.1. Does not have enough employees, there is a frequent problem of being shorty staff which obviously isn’t the employees fault more on management2. Also management didn’t let employees discuss possible covid cases when covid first initially was a major pandemic.3. I constantly overhear the employees dissatisfied with working conditions and always having workers call off or not show4. I was rejected service during afternoon hours due to what an employee stated as the afternoon shift not showing to work and having to close earlyBOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME AND RAN BY CHILDREN
Great coffee, I prefer theirs over other chain coffee shops ? and they aren't as expensive. Good selection of breakfast sandwiches as well as donuts.
Just as good as the East Coast DD. Added benefit is that inside they have self-order kiosks, order status screens, and easy pickup. Order inside if you can, drive-thru line is way longer.
Stopped by twice around 7am. 1st visit, ordered hot latte, but received an iced latte. 2nd visit, two of our orders were shorted and we received a plain coffee instead of the latte.. after waiting a few minutes for them to prepare the latte. ? No more morning stops for me.
