The food is amazing! Would be a 5 star but the service sucks. Same server every time with bad very attitude when you ask for something, you can really tell he doesn’t want to be there.
The service is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The waiter was extremely rude and when I asked to speak with management she claimed to be the manager. The food is over priced and is disgusting just like the service! I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy! The waiter is unprofessional and slow bringing food and drinks out ! Don’t waste your money! Bad service! Shame on you!
Second time patronizing this establishment and the first time i came here the food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming. This time however, was not. As i was eating my ceviche i found halfway thru two strands of hair. When brought to the servers attention it was insuated that we actually placed the hair in the food. I dont have blonde hair and dont have time to try and scam someone out of 20 dollars for some food. Nonetheless we were not comp nor did any management come to speak with us. I felt uncomfortable esp since my friend and i were the only black patrons and the overall attitude was very negative once the discovery was made. If management has changed it does reflect in the service we were given and the lack of urgency. I will not be back and its shame because the quality of food was great, their service lost them a customer and the manager needs to stop starting and grilling people as a means to intimidate. You have the right one.
Unfortunately the food was not good enough to make up for the bad experience. We walked in and we were told to seat ourselves at an open booth. We sat and waited for about 15 min, and not once did the staff acknowledge us. It wasn’t until another party walked in and we’re properly seated and given menus that we had to grab a servers attention and ask for menus. When we did it seemed like it was a bother as we were asked “when you came in did you just walk to the table”. I’m pretty sure by now I know how restaurants work. The staff did not seem friendly, the food was just ok, and again when it came time to pay we had to hunt down a server to ask for the check. I expected more from this place.

I ordered a few La Revolcada tostadas. It has ALOT of diced cucumber and tomatoe. With a little bit of small cut mariscos. You jacked me once, not again.
I cannot stress how good the food is here enough! Everyone must try the ceviche at least once. My personal favorite is the shrimp. The cucumber aqua fresca is also outstanding.
They're getting 3 stars for the service and the atmosphere. The food was 5 stars. But the atmosphere was dark and it was hot as hell in there. The server rarely smiled and she wasn't wearing a mask so I would have liked if she smiled more. Also I had to ask twice for napkins and straws. But it was cool to spend time with my family eating good food. And the music wasn't bad either.
Food was awesome and we had micheladas.. one regular n one virgin for my preg daughter.
Very nice. Go and give your support. But remember that tips are gratuities - not obligations. Wages are from the business owners - not customers.
