I came at 10:25 pm. they told me they only do deliveries. I said ok thanks I'll order delivery and can I just pick it up from you here and he said no I can't. he was pretty rude I said so can you just hand it to me I'll order online and he was giving me attitude. I said why he said he couldnt come to the door... he was literally at the door at the moment wasted more time being rude that is why ppl don't progress but I understand he couldn't process this in his head because it is way above his pay rate and capacity

Placed a large order online (order #3341)with someone in my party needing a gluten free pizza, checked out with no issue. Picked up the order and returned home. My guest states that the pizza is not gluten free. So, I call the store asking them to correct it. The employee states they cannot since I ordered online. I ask for the manager who starts to tell me I must have messed up the online order. I said Im online now placing the same order and there is nothing stating that I can only place a small gluten free pizza order. He says "I'm at work and don't have time to deal with this". I said excuse me? and he hangs up on me. I call back and ask for the manager. The employee then hangs up on me. I call again and get the manager. Ask for his name. He refuses to give it to me and said that he would help me if I listened, so I did. He again goes into the whole you messed up the order- I state I know you don't control the website but it does not state what you are saying how are you going to correct this? He says "I don't have to" Its your fault. If you want to pay for another pizza I can make that for you. I state what about this $17.50 single pizza I ordered that was not gluten free. He said he couldn't do anything and to call corporate. So I proceed to place an order (order #3852) as he instructs to feed my hungry guest. 30 minutes later he cancels this new order? Seriously this is crazy! Do not give this franchise your business! I will be addressing this with corporate tomorrow. This incident happened on 5/15/22 between 7-8pm. We will get this issue with this "Manager" taken care of so he can hopefully get some customer service training. Unbelievable.

This place is a mess. It seems to be a semi busy Sunday night but they are all over the place. I placed a carry out order and arrived upon notification that my order was ready. When I checked in the store, they said it was just coming out. Ok… I thought it was ready? After waiting for about 5 mins I ask again and come to find out they lost my pizza! So they go to remake it, but the gentleman that was helping me was clocking out just after putting it in the oven. No one has taken over making sure my order is getting done and out to me in a timely manner. Meanwhile I watch several delivery drivers come in and discuss who is taking one order and everything seems very haphazard. Where is the manager running this place? Also it’s worth noting the phone was ringing off the hook the entire time I was sitting there and no one answered it. I had two different people ask me again what the name on my order was and check on it with no results. My pizza finally comes out of the oven and they still aren’t able to identify it as the one they remade for me. There was a lot of “I’m sorry” but no offers to help remedy the situation or make up to me the extra 20 minutes I spent waiting for pizza. I finally walked out of the store at 8:05 PM after receiving an alert my pizza was ready at 7:37. It will be a long time before I order from here again.

Placed an order for cheesy bread to be picked up. Website said Brian started making it at 5pm. We arrived after the website said the order was ready for pick up, and the first employee said they don't see the order must be in the oven & to wait 5 minutes. After waiting, another employee said they're still in the oven to wait another 5 minutes. The order was marked as completed on the website during this time. After waiting again, the manager, Brian, said he didn't have the order & that it hadn't been made, but he could make it now. Waste of our time, and won't return to this location.

It was my first time going to a Domino's Pizza and I walked in to ask some questions and I was greeted with rude rude rude attitude from I guess it was the manager

For some reason my card or chip was not working or there system wouldn't take my payment so left without food on top of the poor customer service it's like they pawn you off to whatever employee feels like helping I really do not like they way they take your cc without u seeing the transaction very un happy customer!

This Past Sunday was our Anniversary and we wanted to stay home n just relax...So Order Pizza..Wow..Could of been way better .pizza was Very Dry..Sauce didn't taste rite.. Hardly any Cheese on any of the pizzas, Pepperoni, Jalapeno's, Sausage, pineapple And Etc,.. Barley any Toppings..We got 3 Large Pizzas, the $7.99 Large deal pick up..Only thing that tasted good was the 4 Cheese Dip Tray..dip ur pizza n that to get sum kind of cheese, taste..let's just say there's still a big plate full of pizza sitting n the fridge..Can honestly say never complain about any pizza b4 untill now..my family didn't want pizza but I like pizza....They just wanted a Fun,Relaxed,full Anniversary , ..guess should of listen to them n not gotten it and Everyone would of been happy ,full..

I ordered a pizza at 6:35 pm and no pizza at 7:40pm I’m calling and no answer where’s the manager Brian with my refund
