Hey its del taco, solid and good. I just wish the individual taking my order could have accepted my request to put onions on my bean and cheese burrito. Also on another occasion I was asking question about the app but I don't know if the server understood my actually question as to how the app worked. Other than that can't go wrong with this place
Yelp tells a different story than Google. 2 stars there. It's fast food done slowly. I understand maybe some places can be hit or miss but the last few trips have been really consistent! Consistently bad. They managed to get the order correct this time, but the quality was terrible even for "fast" food, which has pretty much been the story every time. Recommend going down and across the street to Taco Bell. Better yet, Rubio's is great on California and Ontario.
Good food overall. The roasted chicken burrito was very nice actually. The rest was normal.
Food was hot and good. Long line thru drive-thru but went fast.
We went through the drive-thru. Ordering was prompt even kind of rushed. Waiting for our order took a while. Then they didn't give me a straw for my beverage. It was about 6:30 in the morning so the dining room wasn't open so knocking on the window and rattling the door to get their attention wasn't working for a while. They looked over once or twice and ignored me. I had to go back to the car and get my drink and rattle the door again and point to my drink to indicate that they forget my straw. Then a young male, who didn't wash his hands after messing with his hair, came to the door with a straw.
I ordered and paid for extra cheese and extra white sauce on chicken soft tacos and got neither. You don't always get what you pay for. Super disappointing
Asked for extra cheese. They needed to add the cheese after I returned the items. Yes, items. Definitely not like the other places that are super friendly.
The manager needs to seriously tell their workers to quit the attitude, wanted to make a small tweak to my order and the girl on the phone was completely rude and acting like she’s too good for her job. Seriously if u don’t like ur job work somewhere else. Not my fault I was just trying to make my little brother happy! Seriously ridiculous. Always skimpy on the damn ingredients too. Disappointed bc I eat at Del Taco daily. I’ll find out who that person is and handle it myself if I need too. I recorded the conversation so I will be back. That girl better watch out
So I always order del taco I usually get the same thing soft taco combo fries coke k whatever but this time I got my taco and the cheese was stuck together my fries were burnt and sauggy I was just very unhappy more because I was starving so anyways I call the store just to let them know I was unhappy I wasn't trying to get free food or anything so I call the store and the manger was being a d00k if u know what I mean he didn't even say sorry or anything I don't have a car and I wasn't about to walk down to the store to let him know because probably would've been in jail right now but he was just so rude to me so best believe I am going to call in the morning and I had a problem in the past no biggy but I had called to tell the manager and the manager offered to remake the food it was late and I didn't want it that night so the manager had said okay u can come in another time and we will remake your order and I did and the manager was so sweet but tonight was very unavailable burt fries and old cheese not acceptable
I normally eat Del Taco, so while out if town i figured that this branch would be a safe bet to eat. But this branch served old fries and had my order wrong, when I mentioned the difference to fix the order I was asked to pay more to fix their error.
