While giving me a free burrito for making up for their mistake, Moses the manager mentions that it's impossible for them to have forgotten to add carne asada. The burrito only comes in chicken or asada so it's IMPOSSIBLE for me to have received a meatless burrito. This is obviously false. It was going fine till you had to add your 10 cents at the end Moses, basically accusing me of ripping you off. I go there every morning and order the same thing every day, and if you mess up, you need to make up for it, not offer stupid falsehoods.
After making a reasonably large order in the drive thru and being told to park to wait for my order, we were looking over our receipt and noticed half the order was incorrect.However, I was able to correct it with out issues.
Not great they know that they’re a grab and go fast food right off the freeway exit they don’t take pride or quality in the food or work

Served me cold food. ?NO one wants to eat some cold a$$ French fries, burgers & tacos. At least I don't. Especially when it's being {or attempted} eaten immediately. Not like it was travel time.Politely requested fresh fries when I placed my order & also reconfirmed the request with the cashier upon paying. {I've worked a drive thru, my first job. NEVER served anyone cold fries &/or food. It's disrespectful.}Guess I shouldn't have trusted I could drive away without FIRST checking my food/order. My mistake & I know better. Grew up loving to eat here & visiting & Had to stop by. Y'all should be ashamed of the cold, scraps of fries you served me... ? smh
This is fast food. I'm a regular here for lunch and 99/100 things I've ordered are great. If you're looking for a quick place to eat that's good fast food this is a good place.
Taco Tuesday! On my way to church just before I get on the freeway. Doesn't get any better than that. Quick hot meal before the drive got me fueled and ready to go. ;)
They don't serve food at the drive thru anymore. You only pay for your food at the drive thru now. Then you have to go get in another line in the parking lot and wait for them to bring your food out to you. So now I don't go to this del taco anymore.
