The staff was very friendly and the location was very clean. Saw staff including manager, taking care of salad bar. Asked if we needed anything as well. I'm from out of state visiting family and wanted something fun to do with my niece's. All the games worked minus the sketching ones. The pizza came out hot and fresh. The food was good and we all had a great time.
The location is right off the freeway which I like the food doesn't take long to get and it taste good the unicorn cupcake is delicious it taste like a piece of cake actually the stuffed crust pizza is really good the only thing is the customer service could've been WAY better... if you don't like kids or you get irritated fast don't work at Chuck E. Cheese that simple when we were trying to pick our prizes the worker looked like she was doing the PP dance trying to rush us my kids are under 10 and they could feel the tension between the coworkers when we were trying to order the young girl was a bit rude when bringing our pizza plus she didn't bring us any plates I had to ask and she came back with plates but regardless we had a good time work on ur costumer service please :)Evelyn who first helped us had good costumer service i wanted to mention i added a star for her hope to be helped by her again next visit
Went there for my grandson's Bday Party employees were very nice & helpful. But I'm old-school I believe they took the fun out of the games by taking out tokens & the tickets coming out of the games when you won. As a kid I would get excited watching tickets coming out of the machine as I won. But I still recommend it for the family.
My son likes it, get the time card instead of the token one, because there are games that don't work and staff doesn't label them out of order. Glad they survived all these years, one of the OG play places from the 90s ? I think they have their own craft beer, the tap says chuck e cheese on it lol
Our kids had our grandsons 4th birthday party at the McKinley location in Corona. Facility was clean and the kids had a wonderful day. Definitely recommend.
After pandemic- better than johns incredible pizza! Better value, always consistent with service and the machines actually work unlike johns incredible.
Solid pizza. Yeah it's Chuck E. Cheese, but that doesn't mean it's necessarily bad. It's the experience. Childhood memories. Tasty childhood memories... with big cheese and pepper shakers. All you can drink soda... Yum. I don't like that most of the games are ticket related. Let's just play the arcade games for the sake of having fun yeah?
One of my son's soccer team went here. That was our first time here. They had a lot of fun! We are returning with some of our other friends with their kids this week. They are excited to go!
I decided last minute to surprise my son when he got out of school & take him to Chuck E. Cheese, so I ended up picking this one. It actually had all of the animatronics on and moving! The other one we went to couple of months ago did not so that in itself is a win & also the Wednesday all you can play special was awesome the pizza was good the service was excellent everyone was kind the tables and games were all clean 10/10 recommend
