Never answer phone per manager request. Online ordering does not work. Food is excellent. Owner needs to fix online ordering and let the employees answer phones. So that regular customers like me can call and see if they are open before driving 17 miles to get food. I imagine a lot of people would like to order online as well as call and see hours to order...this is a major downfall
Beware if you have bad teeth.On more than one occasion, I bit into rock hard grains of rice they put in their tacos and burritos. Almost broke my teeth.Taste wise, they're just okay. Portions are on the smaller side.
Can be busy, but so much better than Chipotle

Disappointing. One of the most inconsistent chains. When it's good, it's good. But often, it's not. Just ordered a surf and turf burrito and they forgot the steak. It was fresh and tasted good, but not what I ordered or paid for. The kid that took my order was definitely new, but someone should be watching him. Also, wouldn't call the service bad, but not overly friendly either. This is the second time in a row at this location that the food had misses. I probably won't be back.

Luis , and honestly the whole crew at Chronic, are simply the best. Great food and service regardless of the size group you bring in!
Very friendly service, and tacos and burritos that are off the Richter scale with high quality ingredients, an abundance of choices in flavors. And the ambience provides a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!
This was my first time there and have been wanting to try it for awhile. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The green salsa is FIRE!! I will definitely be back again.. soon!!
Ordered from this place for the first time through Uber Eats. Iv lived a mile away from this place my whole life until I moved to riverside since a year. Always knew it existed. Boy did I miss out by not trying it till now. Glad it’s on Uber eats because I got to see the menu. I’m a vegetarian so it was really helpful they have a vegetarian menu. I’m also Indian, so my food has to be spicy. Loved it a lot. The right amount of spicy and I can go healthy or splurge. Definitely gonna be ordering here more often.
