Clean, timely, and delicious!! We were very quickly seated, attended, and the food came out in no time at all!! Had the corn egg drop soup, sweet and sour soup, Mongolian beef, and the house chow fun. Everything had a great amount of flavor, being well balanced and everything from the texture of the beef, to the richness of the soup is what truly convinced me that this new restaurant was a hidden gem. The customer service was so great that we left with huge smiles and just knew we had to leave a review.
China Dragon Catering menu is very delicious and affordable. Had a big party and placed a catering order. Did some personal adjustments in the menu and everything was superb. Menu have a healthy choice options as well, which were very testy.Smiling, who is always in front taking orders was very helpful and gave me great recommendation on menu options. My order was promptly delivered to the party location. Everyone enjoyed buffet style Chinese dinner from this restaurant.

The food was tasty, and the staff were working very hard, but they seemed to still be working out some of the details of their system. The Orange Beef was a stand-out item for me. It was crisp, tangy, and delicious. The string bean shrimp was fine, but I didn't love the chicken teriyaki. We also tried the fried rice and the cashew chicken, both of which were fine. I'll go back, and I'll definitely try the orange beef again.
One of the few Asian restaurants that gives you very tasty fried noodles with sweet and sour sauce to snack on while you are deciding on your meal. Had cream cheese wontons that were the BEST I've had in a very long time. Very complex flavor that was delicious!! Had the veggies and tofu non spicy and the tofu was crispy on the edges and tender inside. I love Chinese eggplant and there was plenty in there. The brown sauce was very tasty. I asked for no spices and the dish was prepared as asked and was still very tasty. Husband had fish and veggies and the fish was very tender and variety of veggies was nice. At the end of the meal, they brought a warm towel to clean our hands. What a FABULOUS touch! We don't live in this area, we were on our way to Valencia but the next time we cruise up the 15, we will surely stop in again. Thank you to the great waitress!! I decided to place a takeout order on my way to work. So I ordered the Wor Won Ton Soup. It was delicious, order was ready when they said it would be. The staff was great. Very friendly. Of course prior to my arrival, the power was completely out in the Crossings, which happens alot. All I can say is, this is my new favorite Chinese Restaurant. Please stop by and support our new small business owners.
This place is fabulous! Granted, they had a few start-up issues as a new restaurant however, please do yourself a favor and try this place. We have been there three or four times now and we love it. In fact, we are going there later today to take advantage of their lunch special. The food has always been fresh and the service has been terrific. The employees are happy to see you and they really want to be sure that you enjoy your experience. We have lived in Corona several years now and have tried all of the Chinese restaurants in the area. This place is the best!
I am shocked that anyone would give this restaurant a low rating. We are originally from the East coast where good Chinese food is easy to find. We have lived in SoCal for 10 years and tried many Asian restaurants, only to be sorely disappointed, until now.China Dragon is the real deal! All food is fresh, cooked to perfection (even special requests), flavors are excellent, and wait staff has been very friendly and attentive. We also love that they use only white meat in chicken dishes. We have eaten there several times and are completely thrilled to have found this treasure. You will not be disappointed!
