Used to be our favorite location, always quick and wonderful service. First time here in 4 months. Every time we drive by the line is outrageous and no staff is handling line control or taking orders anymore. It went downhill after changes in management. This location no longer shows the service we have come to expect and appreciate. 30 minutes just to place the order and almost 45 before we got our food ? we won’t be returning to this location for sure if we ever return to this place again.
Wish I would have read the reviews first because I did not expect to wait 25 min in a line of 3 Cars! My order was simple, it was not busy and still no one apologized for the wait - not even the “manager”. As a matter of fact, when I told her how long my wait was in drive thru, with an attitude she dismissed my concern and cut the time in half saying, “that is an acceptable amount of time to wait in the drive thru - no other customers complain.”Hahaa, wait, what?!So, I proceeded to tell her it would help if the Four different people who told me ‘just a minute’ at least apologized during the process. Mind you while I was talking she cut me off three times repeatedly saying, “it’s my pleasure to serve you, come see us again” Hahaa, umm No, you won’t see me again - nor anyone else I can warn about the poor customer service from namely the manager, Milayne Escalante. She held out her badge toward me and told me to get the spelling correct… the worst service ever!Of course, my food was cold after a total of 35min there… took it back just for a refund. They did Not keep me as a customer.Well, you won’t get in and out service at that location and I guess their slogan of ‘pleasure serving’ is just memorized not upheld - definitely Not upheld by the girl who said she was the manager, Milayne Escalante... Horrible behavior, just horrible.
I enjoy Chick-fil-A I got a spicy chicken sandwich and my bun was soggy. So I went back the next morning and returned my food. The manager was very nice and gave me 2 vouchers for 2 free chicken sandwiches. The manager handled the situation very well and kept me as a customer.
Similar to in-and-out the lines are always extensive but they have such a great system that you get through very quickly. You can also order a head through the app and either drive-through the line in your order will be ready or you can go and store to pick up.. Love their market salad, easily 2 meals.
Usually I would put a five-star here because they do have amazing food. Now I've been hearing nothing but great Raves about their chicken spicy sandwich. I wanted to see if it could beat Popeyes. Sad to say I am still indecisive. I ordered a spicy chicken Deluxe with no tomato add bacon Xtra sauce. One there is no pepper jack cheese as you can see in the photo no pickles but most important there's absolutely no sauce so I can't really tell you if the sandwiches better because of my BAD experience of waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Would not recommend for anybody who has a 30 minute lunch. Guess I should have went to Popeye's.
This was a different experience for me. I a school bus driver for the last 16 years. No company has ever come out to my bus and taken the orders of 21 high school basketball players and at least 15 parents in the parking lot because the inside restaurant was closed
There chicken is most excellent along with their crisp cut fries. Oh and let's not for get there AMAZING frosted lemonade. Delicious!
I went through the drive thru 15 minutes before they closed and what I had ordered was completely different than what I had received. It’s okay ? food was still fantastic
Food is great but if your in a hurry don't go their they are always busy drive thru line is crazy but the workers there are doing their best to make everyone happy
Always a long drive thru line, but the staff is out taking orders and it goes by pretty fast. Chicken always tastes fresh and juicy. I also love that they a fruit cup that isn't just melons.
