I had the opportunity to dine at Chef2theBone. They have the makings to be a success. The shrimp po boy was delicious. The menu is very simple; Fish; Shrimp; a couple of sides; dessert of the month and drinks. The pricing is on the higher side; but for fresh quality food;; you decide…. Also it was a bit of a wait. When I first arrived I thought they were closed. The only reason I pulled on in is because I saw someone coming out. I would bring the little neon Open sign down a bit and although I know it’s hot and they are trying to keep the place cool; a few blinds need to be opened as well. The color scheme on the outside is more like a nighttime club vibe or hookah lounge. I am only putting this in because I want to see them strive. I plan to visit again.
The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. It the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and when I say the food is delicious!!!!!! I will defintley be back.

Truly A Delightful Place For A Southern Family Night Out...Thank You Mr. Reggie And His Wife.. May Your Day's Best Asset Be The Highlight Of Your Day..
My husband and I was so pumped about this place. When I got there it was the packed out so I had high hopes. I will say the place has potential. The fish could use a little more seasoning and the grease should be changed more often to keep the fry fresh if they do that then they will be on point. Customer Service A-1 and the peach cobbler the ?
I got the blackened salmon and shrimp and sides of greens and mac n cheese. It was Sooooooooo delicious especially with their homemade sauces!!! If you're reading this, you have to try @chef2thebone in Corona, Ca.
This food is amazing and the staff is so friendly and professional. If your looking for a home cooked meal with lots of flavor, then this is the place for you. I have been craving and getting my fix almost weekly since they have opened!!!!!!
I originally gave them two stars for seasoning but removed one star for price. I paid over $60.00 for a cobo dinner with fish and shrimp, a po boy and a palm size order of peach cobbler. Wayyyy over priced. I am a LA County transplant and was so excited when I found a fish restaurant that delivered and had good reviews. My idea of fried fish is that if fried correctly its crunchy and crisp. The fish was overseasoned and limp (never ever have I ever had fish that fell over when you picked it up). Very disappointed....what a waste of money!!!
