Wow clean good food family atmosphere, couldn’t be happier
I went into BurgerIM and Siriaha (might of mispelled) was the nicest! Kindest! Most helpful! Honest! Friendliest! Customer service orientated person I have ever met!!!!However!!! There was a lady in the back who was absolutely horrendous to the customers and to him.He asked her if my food was done and she stated, " does it look like it!!!!!!"She was so cruel to him and on her phone the entire time.I actually have a picture!!!This poor kid didn't deserve that!!!
My friend brought me a chicken fried sandwich from there. It was great. I will go there again.
I ordered a BLT with three Italian burgers, a side of fries with cheese, jalapenos, bacon and a mocha milkshake and asked for random toppings and all the while the young girl who was taking my order was warning me that my order would be expensive and I told her "at this point you got to understand that I don't care about money. She laughed and turned to the kitchen window and start talking to a woman that looked like she could be her older sister and as they were talking about my order the older sister said "Who is this guy?" out loud and I wonder if my order is all that strange but all-in-all my experience was great and the food was wonderful.
Worst customer service ever.. first our order took 45 mins to be ready.. with multiple people ordering after us and getting their food.. my husband then brought it home and it was cold. He took it back and was told since the order was not wrong, there was nothing they could do about it. He then just asked for a refund and they again said that only a manager could do that.. which no manager was available. I have never ever had any food establishment not replace cold food. Will NEVER visit this place again!!
I typically judge restaurants by whether I feel I could have made something better at home or not. This is one such place I would have been better off making it myself.Portions are Euro sized, which leaves the typical American feeling like they’ve had half a meal. Probably good for the general population, but I don’t eat out much and when I do, I appreciate generous portions.Also, coupled with the fact that they used two small Chicken tenders on my sandwich rather than one chicken breast piece, I kept fighting with my sandwich falling apart.Added one star for flavor which wasn’t bad at all. But would not eat again.
They have a great selection of burgers and sandwiches and other items to choose from. Their lamb and falafel burgers are amazing and my favorites!
This is my go to lunch place! I tried their cheese burger, turkey burger, crispy chicken sandwich, falafel and salmon burger. My favorites were the turkey burger and the crispy chicken. Cheese burger was pretty good too. Love their sweet potato fries too! Everything is always fresh and hot. Yum! ?
I would never eat here or support this establishment. 5 times in a row (my mistake for giving them that many chances) they wrecked my order and have no sympathy for you losing money on cold and incorrect food. They sell Mr. Beast Burger through the Door Dash app and it is good food they ruin on a regular basis. They are a perfect example of how people just don't care about customer service now days.
The Burger ? was amazing , and it was my first time having it .
