Sat here almost an hour. Ordered via the QR code on the table. No drinks arrived. Waitress came over 20 minutes in and we told her “yeah still waiting for drinks” she said “ok I’ll grab them now” 15 more minutes go by still no drinks and they drop of queso so cold theres a film on the top. We finally just got up and had to ask for a manager to be sure our card on the site wasnt charged. Never going back.
Probably some of the worst service I've ever had. Had 20 of our guys come in and it was like pulling teeth to get someone to take care of us. Waitress, service, attitude all deserve a thumbs down. From the host to the waitress, they all could use training. The only person who seemed to really care about their job and customers was the bar tender.... (which we got up and moved to the bar top after sitting at our table for 45 min waiting for our server to come back around for a round of drinks, after we asked two other servers if they could help us and not one did) I thought restaurants stay in business by attending to their customer.
RUDE MANAGER (Hung up on me basically after explaining the situation, also took me about 3-4 times of telling him the situation before he understood) 66% of items were wrong on the order. Yet they want to blame the delivery company..... lol what a joke. Asked me to contact the delivery company to deal with it.... you guys realize this is your fault?Burger: Wrong Cheese, no sauce on burgerAppetizer platter: No sauces what so everWings: Actually correct... crazy for an item to be correct
If I could rate my experience no star I would.Service was bad the food was cold and dry. My order was incorrect, and the side of fries I ordered were brought burnt. They took them back and never brought a replacement, yet still charged for them.Didn’t have a server come by to refill my drink once at least. I advise anyone planning to visit BWW to find another location. The store also had a putrid, unpleasant trashy smell.
I was very upset because I called at 12 one hour before closing time. And first they didn’t want to take my call so then I called again and the lady who helped me said we already did our last call for today. So your meaning to tell me that I couldn’t even pick up at 1230. If you aren’t going to be taking no more orders a whole hour before then what’s the point of you being open what if I were to show up at the restaurant at 12 your meaning to tell me you would deny me because you guys are closing in an hour and 12 is your last call for orders. I am very upset I think I’m more upset because I’m pregnant and I was craving your guys food. I didn’t think you guys were allowed to deny people a whole hour before. worst customer service ever.
Great service. Love the cheap margaritas. The mango habanero wings are spicey! I love it! I'm Indian so we have a higher tolerance for spice anyway. I think the wife and I have found our local fun drinking spot.
Me and my wife went there after a movie 3/6/22 we got there and ordered drinks simple Pepsi and ice tea i got the Pepsi but no tea and the server was running drinks to everyone else. The manager there did nothing but stand there and talk with the bar tender, if you see you only have 1 server why don't you go and help run food or get drinks but no he didn't. I use to work for Buffalo wild wings for 4 years and it doesn't take 15 minutes for some fried pickles. Especially when it was slow. I recommend having proper training or go through the wing certification training again so that they can get their standards straight because that was absolutely horrible. I'd give a 0 star if I was able too. Lazy manger and forgetful waitress.
If I could give zero stars I would do so for customer service. No one is helping attend customers at the entry of the restaurant. Waited for 30minutes alongside others and no employees bothered to check in with us. There were plenty of empty tables and a bunch of us just waiting. Manager was called over to address the issue and nothing was resolved. Unfortunately we did not sit down to eat and after the overall customer service tonight definitely won’t be coming back
First and foremost I am a BWW fan. However, the only good thing about this place was the friendliness of the staff, but they have quite a bit to work on as a business. For starters the restroom had no papertowels or soap in any of the dispensers. I asked twice, and over the course of four hours while I was there the materials were not replenished at all. Given the fact that this place serves finger food, not being able to wash up after release is pretty gross by any standards (except for theirs I guess). This location was also beta testing a new kind of technology for customers to place orders and pay. The problem was that it has no way to split checks, so let's stop doing that immediately. BWW, do you know how many patrons sit together and split a check? If your app can't handle that feature then it's a L already. This resulted in our parties being individually over/under-charged, which created a huge mixup of who ordered what. Additionally, some of us will have to wait a few business days for the bank to refund us. It was an interesting experience.
This is the worst BWW I've ever been..I picked up an order, once i got home which is 5 mins away, I opened the food and it was sooo cold, Sooo pre-made and the wings are so hard and disgusting..It's been awhile since I've ever been to one and now not gonna happen again ?
