This Salad is absolutely delicious... Highly recommend!
I have to commend a manager by the name of Robert. He is so professional and kind. I feel he cares about the customers more than some have in the last 3 years. I had numerous disappointments with this location and I am happy he is there now. Perhaps he can train some of the others on excellent customer service skills because that's what he gives.Thank you Robert for changing my mind about this location.
Good taste, portions are nice, barbecue rack is awesome, the place is so nice, pretty big and lots of seating areas, the decorations are really good and makes you feel at home, the staff are very nice and friendly and the place is so clean specially the restrooms, we waited for 5 minutes to be seated on a busy day, the whole experience and food varieties are pretty awesome and the kids meals are also huge with very good and affordable prices, the taste is good but could be enhanced a little bit to add more flavor or marination
Dined in for dinner on 4/30/2022. Hadn't been to this location since the beginning of covid as the management team was terrible the last visit.Not sure if the management changed but our server, Jared, was excellent and will return solely on the service he provided.Was able to score a double bone-in pork chop which was huge, tender and delicious. The pizza was the BJ's subpar version of its old self and the table knew what they were getting into so there was no surprise there. I wouldn't head to BJ's for deep dish as it's premade air filled crust is all profit and no taste.Jared kept our drinks full and table clear of finished plates. He provided us with such great service it made our meal much more enjoyable. In a time where service at most local restaurants is lacking Jared was a much welcomed delight.
The place was busy but we were able to be seated right away. The staff was friendly and the service was good. We ordered the tri-tip and shrimp scampi and tri-tip and ribs. The food was pretty good. They also have a wide selection of drinks. We tried the lavender lemonade and berry hibiscus tea. ??
We had the Wednseday burger special ($10 for all burgers with one side). We all ordered a different burger and were very impressed with the taste of each one. The waitstaff was also very friendly and attentive even though the restaurant seemed very busy. In a time where staffing and supply chain issues have caused poor experiences with many dining establishments, BJ's seems to have maintained a high standard with the quality of their employees and the products they serve.
Horrible service. Did online order and paid online. We left and usually takes us 30 minutes to get there. When we arrived, order was never received online so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Once we got home we only received 4 garlic knots and we were suppose to get 6. I even gave them a tip.Never received our order and only gave us 4 garlic knots instead of the 6 even with a good tip? Wow…3/25 update:Great customer recovery. I emailed them about my complaint and they reached out to me right away which was great. Thank you.
Excellent food, excellent waitress! We sat in the bar because it was very crowded, took my 94-year-old mom out with my best friend Lynn for the day!
