I had a poor experience yesterday 07/16/2022. The girls working here have attitude problem and do not know how to greet and treat customers. Not going back.

My 15 yo son and I went to get icecream tonight. I had a bad case of sciatica so I didn't want to get off the car. My son went inside and ordered icecream for both of us, Sundae for him and Chocolate dipped banana for me. Girl at counter asked my son if he wanted one with nuts, drizzle or white Chocolate. My son misheard her and just said yes, she put the one with drizzle in the bag and handed it to him. When he brought it to the car, I told him that I don't want this one, I wanted the one with nuts. He said he didn't see which one she put in the bag. He went bag to replace and she straight up refused. I then called and asked them to exchange it. We have been customers since they first opened. So many times, we order online, they run out if brownies for brownie Sundae, or certain flavor, or some other ingredients, make mistakes with wrong icecrean flavors, I have rarely made a big deal about it becausethings happen. The employee on the phone literally yelled at me. I asked her to do this for customer service sake, she agreed but out of no where, a manager jumped on and started yelling at me. I asked her what the problem was, the employee just agreed to replace, why does she have a need to yell at me when there's literally a store full of people there. She should be tending to them. She continued to yell and I hung up. My son went in to get replacement and the employee embarassed and humiliated him, holding cone really high up, asking him slowly like he is dumb"Is this what you wanted?" "These are nuts, are you sure?" They mocked him infront of the entire store full of people. I literally every year spend hundreds of dollars buying gift cards from this store for Ramadan and Eid gifts for kids. NEVER WILL I EVER SET MY FOOT IN THE STORE WHERE PEOPLE ARE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT and humiliated. all this for asking to replace a banana? SHAME ON THEM. I am NOT surprised by other people complaining of poor customer service and rude attitude AT ALL. Management needs to put these employees in check before these power tripped teenagers bring their business down to ruins.

Had a very nasty and rude customer service experience. They do not know how to handle customers’s requests and the staff was extreme rude. Never going back to this business!!

My boyfriend took my three-year old daughter for ice cream and he just returned home stating he never wants to go to this particular store again. He was given attitude by one of the employees because our daughter would not keep her mask on properly.I understand the precautions that need to be taken as far as masks and face coverings are concerned, but it’s one thing when an adult or older child refuses to comply, and a completely different thing when it’s a toddler who simply does not understand no matter how much both parents try to explain the circumstances.There is no need to be rude. The least you can do is speak nicely to your customers. Definitely not coming to this location again.

Very, very expensive. Has some highlights: pretty clean and nice inside and the ice cream is typically good. I haven’t been in a baskin Robbins in a few months, so I figured I’d try the new one close to my house on Foothill. This must be a franchise (maybe they all are) considering how high the prices are set. Scoops are, with tax, $4.00 for one, $6 for two and nearly $8 for three. Add a cone for an additional $1.29. All the specialty items will run you well over $5 a piece.This location opened up right around the beginning of the pandemic and I am not surprised to see it has never really been busy. I don’t know how a business can charge these prices right now. If you walk 100 feet down the strip mall to the Albertsons you can buy a pint of Ben and Jerry’s for $5 - a larger amount of ice cream for the price. Even head to magnolia and Ontario to the golden spoon and get a large swirl for $6.Maybe if the ice cream were better this could be a special occasion, but the price is simply unreasonable to justify your repeat business.

I went in yesterday 9/5 around 1:30 to get ice cream and Veronica was helping me. First of all when I entered the store no one greeted me and when Veronica finally decided to help me her tone was very unpleasant and she made me feel like I was burdening her by being there. I was respectful the whole duration of my order and was extremely patient but she made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. I really do hope this was just a rough day for the store because I do not thing a big franchise such as this would allow such poor customer service to go unnoticed. I do hope there are repercussions for her actions and I hope she is spoken to by a manager. Just a very unattractive experience which makes me want to go to a different store for sure next time. If anyone is reading reviews I definitely recommend going to a different location.

We went to order a birthday cake for our daughter and even when the girl inside saw my husband outside and it was 10:30am (supposedly open time) she didn’t even care and moved away. Her explanation when I called to ask why they are not open when the website said they are was the site is wrong more info in the pictures.

Rude service from worker Marlene for having condescending attitude towards me. I understand people having an off day but it isn’t right to treat a customer this way.

Went to this location with my family to use a coupon for buy one sundae buy one for 99 cents. The coupon didn't say it wasn't for any of the good sundaes, I.e. Banana splits, etc. The picture on the coupon is a banana split. We really wanted a banana split sundae since it had been a long time, years since I had bought one. We had to settle on something else. I don't appreciate the bait and switch. I won't be buying anything from baskin robins again. Service was pleasant.
