We had Steve and his team cater for us on our wedding during covid and he was so professional and patient and let me tell you the food was a hit! Everyone went back for 2nds and 3rds. I would use them again for any future catering we may do. The tri tip and chicken was awesome and the beans,Mac and cheese and potato salad were a huge hit
Used Backwoods BBQ for an awards banquet. Steve was great. He gave me some recommendations and kept in touch. The food was phenomenal. Steve showed up, set up and cut the ribs and chicken right before we served. People were able to go back for seconds; some even had thirds. And the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.
