We were on vacation and this was the worse experience ever we had a party of 20. We put our name down and head outside they said about 1 hour wait, the hostess lied by saying that she called us and no one showed up. We were in front of her no one ever came outside. We asked for the manager and she told us there was not manager on duty. They told us they dont take large party specially if there is more than 5 kids. I actually think it was more a races thing because the hostess told me that the servers were actually to busy to take care of us.
Great experience. The food was good and the staff were super nice to my girls and family.
This Applebee's is one of the best I've been to. I have been to quite a few across the western US. It is clean inside and the people who were already there seemed very comfortable. The staff are friendly and our server was very attentive to our needs. The food was good and we had a good time. It brought my view of Applebee's up a decent amount. Now only if they were all this consistent.
It was a mess at apple bees Sunday night 2/27/22. A young lady that worked there came to work so drunk. The manager didn't even ask for her to go home. He claimed he was just going to call the GM on her even though her and her sister (sue was drinking). Sue must have dropped ten glasses. Luckily we had a server named Chloe who helped us any time we asked despite the craziness. Chloe is the only reason why we stayed because it was horrible in there. You had to see it for your self because I couldn't believe what I witnessed. ????
Cleanest Applebee's I've ever been in, management connects with the customer and the staff. Food was fast and fresh, and drinks were filled to the top.
Sat In the bar area. Very slow service, during a slow period at the restaurant; took a while to be greater. Most of the time, my server spent more time talking to the bartender than she did her tables. She even received a couple of complaints while we dined. Our drinks came out the same time our food came out. I received better service from the host; she was attentive and on top of our needs while running out our food.
Mediocre food. Chicken on both entrees taste and texture like the food was just reheated. Hard on the edges, overcooked! Not up to Applebee's standards. Sadly Not returning! Server was nice but we had to ask for napkins' coffee refill?
Great service, fantastic employees, cool people all around me...Everyone else who was dining was chill, like me, which made it a really pleasant experience.
It was very busy, we waited about 20 minutes, but was worth the wait, delicious food and great atmosphere
Very warming. Waiters were nice and well responded. Definitely will come back.
