Dark chocolate buttercream piled mile high on generous moist chocolatey cake. Not too sweet balanced very nicely. Beautiful presentation. When the Chocoholoc attacks gets me i drive a country mile for these. OMG ! Store is quaint. Beautiful showcases full of delectable treats....but I have one desire....the double dark chocolate cupcakes! Good stuff!
My sourdough bread is purchased almost weekly from Creme de la Creme. The squaw bread, whole wheat, etc. are also good. As are the croissants (chocolate is yum) and napoleons. We have also purchased the roast beef and tuna salad sandwiches. Also very good. The service is excellent.
We stopped in for a cup of coffee, had Carmel macchiato and coffee Napoleon and a cannoli. Delicious. Atmosphere is great. Looking at all those pastries is very tempting.
Went there for lunch and placed our order for soup and sandwich. We waited 15 mins and asked how much longer for our meal. They hadn't even started making it. Got a refund and left.
So delicious and beautiful designed cakes!!!
