I will not spend another dime in this hectic establishment. The quality has gone down, ordering is chaotic & it takes forever. Most of the the time the bagels are gone, and the staff are unorganized. Customer service is terrible. I had to go back to 5th ave Bagelry after they gave me someone else's order. One employee continued to argue with me saying it was my order but I asked for a BLT yet I got Tuna instead. I hate tuna, I would never order tuna but she stood there arguing with me in her native language. I used to love this place but I will never come here again
My order was placed on the counter but I wasn't advised it was ready. The bagel did not taste good. The cinnamon raisin bagel had no raisins in it. The bagel from my previous visit was just as bad but I thought I would give them another chance. I won't go back.
Delicious and fresh bagel sandwiches and the potato salad was excellent! Great service as well!
I place an order for a bagel with cream cheese. The girl that answered the phone said 15 minute wait. I happened to show up earlier to pick my order. The girl was very rude and told me with an attitude if I told you 15 minutes I don’t want you showing up earlier next time you wait! I apologize to her. She literally threw the bagel at me. I don’t think I will be stopping by here again to get bagels. I think these are new owners. The previous owners where very nice. I find it very disrespectful for someone to talk to someone the way this girl did. She us the one with blond hair. Such a bad attitude.
I do not know how they stay in business. Nasty, nasty attitude. Came in right at opening time at 7 am. They had us wait until 7:20 to help us. No good morning, no I am sorry to make you wait, nothing. Not only that but 2 other clients walked in during this time and , the lady behind the counter started helping the last person before us, saying that we were not in line even though we were the fist ones in and were sitting inside the store. After that I asked for our bagagle to be double toasted. She said that they don't do that. After that she noticed that I was upset and I had even told her about writing a bad review. She then after offered to double toast it only to give me a totally burned one. I guess she truly wanted for this Review to be posted. You got it.
This place was incredible! I came in on a early Saturday morning and it wasnt busy at all, you choose what kind of breakfast sandwich you want amd then you get to choose what kind of bagel you wanted it on. They had about 10+ choices! The bagle was lightly toasted, but still so soft! The sandwich itself was azing!!! First time here, and wont be my last!
First time here and it was so delicious.! Fresh bagels, friendly staff and quick service. My husband and I both had breakfast sandwiches and they were very filling. We will definitely be back.

Poor poor customer service! I could not understand what she was saying so I respectfully asked each time to repeat. I ordered a veggie bagel and then got home and saw it was a BLT so I called to see if I can get that fixed and she said that her coworker thought you said a BLT and I said no that is not what I had said and if she could not understand me then she could have asked me to repeat. But she said you you can come but we would have to charge you. So No Thank you! Will not be coming back here and will let everyone know. It’s the lack of owning up to your mistake and being rude about it is for me!
