Some days the Wings are better than others. Get the fries they’re damn good.
Phoned in a order, I choose this location because they are fresh , and my order has never been more then a few minutes past the wait time but believe me it is worth the drive , and the wait they are usually busy so calling ahead or ordering online is my goto , I asked for welldone classic lemon pepper ,they where outstanding :) thank you
Late, Late, Late. I've been to three Wingstops, and all have delays orders - sometimes over 30 minutes.
We had the worst experience here a week ago. We have also been waiting for our refund from 1/2 which has not been refunded. Darel was our cashier and he was just on his phone on IG, they had lost our receipt, so they did not have our order. We were told to wait another 40 minutes for an order that should have been ready by the time we arrived because we still gave them extra time for our order. We have called numerous times and no answer any time of day. The manager Cassandra has not called or reached out regarding the refund and it is honestly tiring to keep driving 15 minutes one way to ask about an $80 refund with no answer or help. Very upsetting.
Had to wait 15 minutes on an order that was already five minutes late this place is completely unorganized and severely understaffed. They need to get their stuff together and hire more people! This is unacceptable to wait this long! Not only that they don't even have the decency to have the restrooms open for their customers or the people waiting over 20 minutes for the order! This place needs to be Under New Management before they lose all their customers! Please everybody save your time and don't come here go to another place that will fill your order a lot faster! Also this place is filthy and has boxes laying everywhere unacceptable this is disgusting and people need to be more respectful of their customers! Especially the people doing deliveries for them! They don't even have a trash can in here how foul is that! Close this place down!
Food is always good, but dang!!!! I have never had an order that was ready when I arrive to pick it up. Come on Wingstop?!?! Should I really be having to comment on this?
Didn't answer the phone after multiple tries again. But I understand. They were busy. Wings were still good. Acceptable size. Tasty.
Walk in 1020 (yes i know little late everyone hates the late walk in, which is why i was going to tip the cook $50) 2 workers said yes still taking orders then the no good for nothing cash register lady comes up with her own time of when they close and said they cant take anymore orders right after i jist asked 2 cooks of they still would make it. Yall close at 11 40min to cook wings isnt that much to ask.
Tonight went in and was told at 10 pm they were no longer taking orders. Last time I ordered on the phone, got to the wingstop and was told something happened with my order and receipt so they didnt make it.
Terrible service, waited an hour and ten minutes for my order when it wasn’t even busy. Their is only one woman working on the kitchen. A woman took a one hour lunch. The drink machine was down for 30 minutes so I decided to leave without getting my drinks because no one was able to fix it.
