Went to eat here a few days ago for the first time, and was welcomed with some of the best service I’ve seen in a while, very friendly environment, and tasty food. I wanted to try there chili and they made a whole new batch of chili for me to try, no extra charge. They didn’t have seasoned fries on the menu but the chef made it happen and brought me some seasoned fries to go with my great burger. At the end they gave us some money off coupons and we went on with our day, definitely recommend this place
Someone should check their halal credentials. They claim to be halal but have bacon on the menu. It doesn't even say beef or turkey. Just Bacon. Doesn't seem legit. Otherwise they should post their halal certification on their website
Place an order for pick up. didn't get what I ordered, got attitude upon pickup and pretty much shrugged off when I called about the problem I will not be back to your restaurant really hard to find a good place around here to eat anymore man service blows

35 mins for four hot dogs.. When I asked them why, they said you are not the only one waiting today. Great customer service! 3 star because food is good otherwise would have been 1.
The cheeseburger, grilled cheese and onion rings are awesome. Both times i've ordered, they gave me a great deal. I wanted onion rings with the meal instead of fries and he gave it to me at no extra charge and same when I ordered the grilled cheese. Great customer serviceand it was cheaper then fast food these days.
The burgers are no longer up to the standard that they once were. The milkshakes are still good and I prefer the milkshakes to in & out. But their burgers are not great, good if you just want a burger but not looking for quality.

Disgusting. Overpriced. The milkshakes are expensive with sizes so small, and the burgers are soggy and unseasoned. Come here if you want to vomit.
I have never been into their restaurant but I ordered on Doordash. A VERY good burger. I've given my grandma many burgers, homemade and purchased, and she said this was the best burger she's had in years. She absolutely loved it. I love 5 Guys but next time I'm going to Wayback.*edit*Wayback Burgers is now my favorite burger spot. the order is always correct, always quick, always tasty. I must admit, previously I felt 5 Guys was better, however I have changed my mind; Wayback Burgers is the best in Concord, and considering Burger King and McDonalds prices these days, the absolute best value for your dollar.
