Really tasty chicken!!We ordered boneless sweet cheddar (1/2) and crispy spicy combo (1/2). The cook on the chicken was near perfect! The breading was just right. Flavor was fun on both the sweet cheddar and the spicy.We also tried the cheddar fries, as well as the honey butter fries. So fun! Fries were nice and crispy. The dusting of flavor was a nice, flavorful addition. Portion is huge, enough for 2+.Take out only for now still. There is also a bit of a wait (20-25 minutes) if you don’t order ahead. I’d suggest ordering ahead.
Von's has drastically changed after the change of management for the worse, sauces on the chicken are thin and just pools to the bottom of the box instead of sticking to the chicken, the new sauces aren't awful but definitely worse and not as authentic as the original recipes from the previous management. The coleslaw wasn't anything special before but now it's soggy cabbage, the chicken mu thankfully hasn't change much but is still noticeably worse. Von's used to be my favorite restaurant in Concord and when I went to South Korea in 2018 Von's still held it's own against Korean fried chicken places in Seoul and Jeju so it's sad to see the place that got me addicted to Korean fried chicken and curious about Korean cuisine in general, go down in quality so much and so quickly.
Love Von's Chicken. The bomb dot com. I get everything spicy. Ordered the kimchi fried rice, veggie potstickers, and drumsticks extra crispy. I'm addicted. Six stars on Yelp if they had a six-year rating system.
Delicious! They take a bit if you are used to fast fast but their food is worth the wait!
Really great chicken. The spicy was amazing and first time trying honey butter chicken wings. They were so good. I will definitely be back.

I think this vons is the best vons chicken in the bay area. We went most vons chicken in bay area but not better than this place. Oven chicken(all kind of) and crispy bone in chickens(not boneless) are really good.
The Fried Chicken flavors are Amazing! I ordered there best selling "Crispy Fried Chicken" spicy style and theire Crispy Fried Chicken with honey butter, OMG! FLAVOR, FLAVOR, FLAVOR!The original Fried chicken has a bit of heat that sits nicely in the tounge which goes well with a cold beer or beverage to quinch the heat. The Honey Butter Chicken is sweet, delicate and buttery like candy. The entire piece of chicken is good perfect down to the bone, where if you're marrow lover you'll enjoy crunching the end caps to get to the marrow.Finish off each pice of chicken with their milky slaw and fresh tangy pink Korean radish, your palate is fulfilled I every way possible.The only weird thing is that you have to order from the door. The dining room is closed and the place seems to be taking rather extreme covid measures. It would be nice to sir and enjoy some beer and wings again there, but until then it's only take out so order ahead!
I’ve only ordered delivery from Von’s. It’s been great every time. Hits the spot for Korean fried chicken. I have a high spice tolerance with Korean food but was surprised by how hot their “spicy” is.
1. Amazing food. Try the fries with cheese seasoning - it sounds insane and it tastes incredible. Also, the dessert-y hotteok, which is like a flat donut with a nutty filling. Oh, and obviously the chicken. Bomb dot com. 2. Good service. On time, friendly, confirmed the order, confirmed even the location.
