April 22, 2022 3:10pm The lady behind the counter was very rude to me. When I asked her if I had done something to offend her she said "You spanish, english, spanish, english!" Not understanding what she ment. I asked her if that was a problem? You see I do not speak spanish. The Customer in line behind me called her a racist and said "I'm going to report you. She then refused to make my sandwitches and told me she was going to call the police. When I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was the manager. So I walked out. I am deeply offended! I want an appology and her fired. I will never eat at a Togo's ever again!
Always ordered the hot pastrami with everything on it. The lady behind the counter (no one else there and no lines) had a major attittude problem and very rude. My sandwich had no pepperocini, tasteless and just blahhh! We changed our order to a larger one and she had a "problem" with it because it was already weighed....slammed her microwave, and just pouted. I wanted to walk out of there so bad but thought maybe she was having a bad day and sure enough it showed with the quality of the food and attitude. Never again will I go back to TOGOs. It has deteriorated and just not the same anymore.

I did not check the bag before I left and was missing the auju sauce for my sandwich dipping but other than that the sandwiches were great, as usual
Togos on Treat Blvd., Concord. I think you guys officially lost my business. Just got my breadwitch! Two slivers of meat. What a disappointment!
Overwhelmed with online orders because of small staff on hand
This particular togos just isnt that good. The #9 was cold and thrown together. My wifes #24 had no turkey on it. Just has gone down hill in the last few years. Stay away from this store.
