This pot place is really great. They have a lot of varieties of good soup. Their serving is good for 2 people. Must try.
My new go-to place for hearty, ready-to-eat hot pot! Of the many locations this one is fine standards wise with a few minor one-off complaints (the cabbage was very old and bitter once and the workers mistakenly gave our table to someone else in the online waitlist....) They preferred you to order on your smartphone but they do have physical menus available upon request.
I really loved the appetizers, we got Takoyaki and Basil popcorn chicken and they were delicious!But the main pots were just ok. Not sure how to explain it, but it was average.Service was awesome though, the orders came in less than 10 minutes after confirming our orders.
This is a new location for this Taiwanese single serve style hotpot. Frequent another location in Dublin. Came out of whime to eat. Tonight parking was plenty able to get a spot in front of store. Interior is nicely decorated, bright inside. Utensils came out of a small sealed bag (plastic spoon, a napkin, chopstick, and a toothpick). Plastic spoon was on the small size for hotpot use as well as the 1 provided napkin.Ordered the Taiwanese supreme, no spicy. Going off my past experience at the dublin location, the food came out not that hot. I waited another 10 minutes to see if some of the items were cooked through. Food at this location was okay but some items didn't seemed cooked through and felt the temperature was on the cooler side.Overall experience was a 7 of 10 and left something off compared to another location.Safe dinning!
Great food and service. They also check for vaccination proof so have that ready when you're in line.
Same as all the other locations for flavor, great hotpot with no wait time for a table. Servers are on point as this is a new location. I'm happy they have one in Concord now or else I'd have travel to Berkeley or San Jose coming from Vallejo.
We support restaurants that check proof of vaccination. Tasty Pot in Concord is one of them. Their QR Code menu is awesome. So easy to order with it. This is a different kind of Hot Pot experience. I actually saw a YouTube video about the Tasty Pot chain of restaurants and I got intrigued. They have a prefixed pot of goodies. We ordered the Taiwanese Spicy Pot and the Szechuan Spicy Pot. Everything comes out cooked. Lots of meat! Yummy spicy broth. Service is friendly and attentive. No wonder the place is full of vaccinated people. We will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
I didn’t sit and eat any food just ordered a tea but It was very good 10/10 recommended but the place seem really nice, the cups were really cute so go check it out I’m sure you wont be disappointed.

1st time coming here. They check vaccination cards at the door.You order via a mobile menu, though there is wait staff who will write down your order as well. Each pot has preset meats and veggies but you are free to order extras as well. A good selection of broths; I got kimchi while my friend got the house broth. It came out bubbling, but after 15 or 20 mins, the broth started to cool and the extra veggies I ordered didn'treally cook all the way. It would be nice if it had a warmer underneath, or maybe mine wasn't working? They do have a selection of boba drinks where you can customize sweetness and additions.Overall it was nice. I would want to come back to try the new tomato broth.
