I'm very pleased to be greeted with "How are you". The greeting is very important. The customer service is exemplary.Then the assembly of my items Tacos and burrito was perfect. Properly wrapped as if the pride of the worker has been taught from the top down. A picture perfect example of what fast food SHOULD be.Great Job TACO BELL on Monument in Concord Ca.
Horrible I seriously never write reviews but not joking they get my order wrong and forget items all the time. Seriously 7 out of 10 times somethings missing.My fault for not checking but really 7 out of 10 times!Tacobell owes me around 50$ already
Gave me the wrong order then came back inside how to way to another 3 to 5 minutes to get my meal and then she gives me a free cinema twist not even when no sorry nothing will not go back to this place
Always check your order before you leave. Something is always missing when Mariella is working. And she's always rude to customers.
That's funny the employees at this location are judgmental they harassed me and my friends as we were eating outside the restaurant which they have tables and stuff there not only that they sat there and stared at us and looked at us like we are funny looking or something anyway don't give them your money worst Taco Bell ever and they mess up my order every time I go there so yeah screw this place
