I don't know how many times ive come here ask for hot sauce and they never add it to the bag. Is there a hot sauce shortage? They even asked me when ordering if I wanted some and still forget it. I think I will start going to the one on Contra Costa Blvd. Annoying if you have to check if a simple order is right. I was the only customer not like they were over whelmed busy.

Taco Bell's the one for me. Been coming here since I was a kid.
The food was good and it is directly across from the hotel those were the only positives to be honest. The service was very slim and honestly a little rude. We had a 4 person order, 2 breakfast boxes and 2 breakfast burritos with 4 drinks. Well we asked for our drinks after receiving the food and had a heck of a time just getting our 3 Sierra mist and 1 coffee. Come to find out the machine is down, which is fine, but no reason to be rude about it. It was 9am-ish so maybe that was a factor?. Also could use a good cleaning, reaching in to get a packet of ketchup... The whole lot of them came out as a chunk and sticky. Napkins and little messes were everywhere for only having 2 small tables seated.
Where to start. Extremely slow service on the inside. Employees don't seem that enthusiastic about helping customers. Bad experience with the manager here two years ago. A simple matter of an exchange of a incorrect drink could not be handled by the manager. Ordered a slushie on the kiosk come to find out the machine was broken.
It's Taco Bell. Get what you like & keep moving. Lol ?
The customer service at this location is awful. Halfway through ordering at the drive-thru, we were cut off and given a total. When we got to the window, they tried to give us drinks that looked very watered down. They did replace the drinks, but not without attitude. When we received our order, it wasn’t even correct. Will not be visiting this location again.

The root beer LITTERALLY tasted like dirt. I think they need to change or clean out the hoses. The staff was nice, the food... some tasted very different than usual and I didn't like much of it, but did enjoy some of it. I just think they need deep cleaning of the things they don't usually clean or get to and it'll be great.
The store looked like someone threw a grenade through the front door to begin the remodel process. I should have known then it was gonna be a gut bomb.The girl at the drive-thru window was sort of friendly, most likely sick of tripping over exploded brick to serve you. The burrito was bland,runny, and they forgot my fire sauce, which I doubt would have rescued the taste anyway. C'mon guys, close up the store for a month, remodel and come out swinging!
