the food was delicious and I would highly recommend this place
Food was very good and the portions were huge. Biscuits and gravy was the best I've had outside of the US south.Staff was friendly and fast. Despite a pretty full house was seated and had our food in under 15 min.Highly recommend.
Went to Sugar Plum in Concord for breakfast and it was wonderful. They have a huge patio with a cover to block some of the sun. The owner Claudia was so nice. Give them a try.
Food is great & service is friendly. If you're having bkfst. get eggs with their Spanish sauce. Kinda like Chile with no beans only scrumptious! Treat yourself. Prices are reasonable.
They charged me $9.99 for two eggs an English muffin and some hash browns you don't even get bacon...save your money and go somewhere else... Btw Jimmy Dean packaged gravy is not real gravy..
Sugar Plum Cafe was OUTSTANDING! Usually is. I had the Western Omelette, hash browns, English muffin, bacon, and coffee. All exceptional and a great way to kick off Saturday morning!
Noticed it Sunday when parking nearby. Took care of our business and decided to try it. Excellent! Huevos Rancheros and French Dip were excellent. Will definitely be back whenever in the vicinity!
I seriously think the number one classic diner I’ve ever been to! What stuck out to me besides how fast the food came or how yummy is the corn beef hash was, But was the fact that all the employees seem to know the people that came in and everybody was friendly and genuinely in conversation catching up on life stuff. We all could use some good American folks like this. Thanks Claudia for carrying on the 60 year tradition!Vote with your spending dollars people
The vibe in this place is very friendly, coffee was delicious which is not typical at a breakfast joint, food was very good and portions were generous. Also the options for your breakfast was pretty abundant, had a hard time making a decision ?
