Very rude sandwich "artists". I'm very confused as to when subway changed their policies to having to order a sandwich exactly how it comes. Since when was it against policy to add banana peppers to a sandwich? Both employees said no the sandwich must be made exactly how it is supposed to be made. Unbelievable.
Placed an order for pickup. I got here a little before the pickup time so I didn't expect my food to be done. She asked me to havr a seat so I did.There was 1 person working here so I was not pushy to have the food done immediately. There were people ahead of me in the store so I was not worried about those orders being done first. More people came in and she made one of their orders right away and didn't even start on mine. At which point I stood up so she remembered that I was there and someone else comes in and she STILL made their order before mine. Originally gave this 3 stars but then I got home and saw this slapped together mess. I think she was upset that I asked her to make my food that was already ordered ahead of time, paid for, and already past its scheduled time at this point rather than take the 4 new guests that came in.TLDR: don't come here if you don't have the time to wait.0 star service.Sandwich wasn't even a sandwich. Very clean restaurant! The sandwiches were very good! Zhakia and Amy are amazing! Very friendly and professional! Great service thanks ladies! Will definitely come back soon!
They cut the sliced meat in half or thirds and put one layer of meat on the sandwich. Less than 2oz of meat on a large sandwich. That is disrespectful. Im not going to pay for that. First time back to subway in like 2 years. I don’t think i will ever be returning.
Worst place to ever be. Please don't go there and waste your time and money. Terrible customer service. The guy was totally out of the space and started talking bad about me and my friends. Finally we left.
The guy working there was really unwelcoming and rude Me and my friends went there he started cursing us and did personal comments.
Do not come here or even use the app. We ordered a meatball sub on the app, they gave us a call back and said they didn't have it so we said it's okay just refund us. They said okay... when we went to see the app the sandwich shows as picked up so of course they didn't refund us and no one picks up the phone. Ordered 02/27/2022 through the App, but got a call from the store said the choice I made was not available so I asked for a refund. Check in the next date, refund was not made and the App says I picked up the order.
Ordered in the app. Showed up at 644pm to see the store was closed when the app said it was open until 8pm. No response from the store or corporate to get a refund to my gift card.Edit: Went in the next day and they honored the order.
Do not order through the subway app they did mess up my order twice in a row ,they do put what they want not what your ordered ,and when you ask them why they said don't care so do not order online
