I give this Subway 0 stars if I could. I have been here twice at 8:30 pm, the door says the close at 9pm, Google says they close at 9pm , but yet the very rude employees tell me they are closed even though the door is open. They told me they close every day at 8:30pm. Change your signs and update google then.... And most of don't be extremely rude to me as if I am doing something wrong.

Worst customer service and worst Subway in Concord. Do not go here. They will not let you use the restroom even if you are a paying customer trying to dine in. My daughter was dancing around and needing to use a restroom while we were ordering, and we were told that the manager does not allow customers to use the restroom. I asked for a way to contact the manager to complain as they are breaking the law. I was not given any way to contact the manager from the worker. I will not go here anymore until the Franchise holds this owner accountable to follow CA law.Regarding the food, if you order a salad, expect a half-full container. They do not give enough lettuce for a decent salad.When ordering via the app, be careful. They often are not there when you place the order, and the app will still send the order through.They have also never fixed their machine, so customers can receive points for ordering Subway for their app. I've asked numerous times when this will get fixed and am told the manager doesn't want to contact subway for equipment that works to scan your app. Just another way this franchise does not care about its customers.
They staff are so rude and dirty. They make subway the way with so much hurry that you don’t want to eat it when you remember how it made. Please be respectful OK?????
Terrible customer service, they prioritize online orders over the customer's standing right in-front of them. When they seen I had been waiting far longer than the online order that came thru. I would go to a better subway
Rude indian lady
The Indian lady that worked in the morning of 10/06/21 @ 11am is very rude disrespectful and didn’t wear mask or gloves when I asked if she can atleast put gloves she said no and rolled her eyes. And when she made the sandwich she pushed my food. I regret even ordering
Poor customer service. This Indian lady doesn’t know what is she doing, she was trying to put spoiled nasty tomato in my sandwich
Recommend before using Subway app to call store to verify that they are open. I placed order for pick up and when I got there they were closed. App said they were open til 7 pm. I went to store next day and they refused to refund me. Manager told me that she left at 5 pm.
