I don’t come to this too frequently but if I’m whipping over to Home Depot or I’m visiting Homebridge Financial, then I will stop in for a quick afternoon coffee. It’s not usually that busy and parking is easy out front. Plus, I can grab some dog food at Petco and if I’m on the mood, after a large coffee I can go buy a motorcycle at the dealership across the parking lot. But I digress…The interior of this Starbucks is updated and fresh and the workers are friendly without seeming like they are coached to smile. My favorite in the afternoon is a Grande Iced Latte but you can get anything you like.
If you’re into needing to show your vaccination ID to stay inside, this is not the place to go.It is the place if you like the flavor and aroma of your paper cup is stronger then the toilet water coffee they serve. ??Definitely not the place to stop on your way to work.
This was my first time at concord due to my brother staying at John Muir health center so I stopped at this location and let me tell you the employees were so rude. First of all, I ordered a grande coffee with 2% milk extra sugar for my mom. As I was waiting for my drink I asked a girl employee if my drinks were made she checked the names and handled me my drink but my moms drink which didn’t have a name on it so she decided to pour the drink away. So I had to wait again so she can remake it. As she was making it for the second time she handed me the coffee in a vente cup instead of grande with no milk on it. So I went and complained and I told her there was no milk on it and she gave me another cup with filled with milk so how was I suppose to pour the milk when the vente cup was full. This is ridiculous and unacceptable I had to get a refund since my mom was frustrated and the girl was just giving attitude.
I stayed at the hotel across the street from this Starbucks and was happy to see they would be open before I was scheduled to start my 6 hours drive the next morning. The hours on Google, for this location, show 430am as the opening time on Saturdays and when I arrived at 520am, both front doors were locked even though there was a staff member inside. As I got back into my car, another would-be customer, who looked like he was about to begin his workday or had just finished it, pulled up and had the same door-locked experience I had, despite being able to visibly see the staff member. Not sure if there is a minimum number of staff needed to open for the day and one or more were missing but not a great way to run a business!
starbucks was closed waited the 20 min for doors opened at 6a.m. They were well staffed and was told to wait for pikes regular coffee
Good coffee and quick service
I ordered a matcha creme frap and it looks like they used 1 scoop of matcha. The drink is so light and I get matcha drinks often and they have never been this light before. I don’t really taste the matcha. Also the drink is so crunchy Like they didn’t finish blending it. Every time I take a sip I get a lot of ice. I didn’t go back in to get it fixed because I’m on my lunch break. Highly disappointed and won’t be going back to this location.
