Just left this Starbucks and while I was waiting I noticed their team working together like a well oiled machine. Everyone was doing their part in finishing the orders and without bumping into each other. It was a tense environment because this particular store get heavy traffic in the AM but it was a stressful environment, they were super calm and friendly. Great job!!!
It has been over a month, i have still not received as much as an apology or a call from ANYONE at Starbucks regarding what happened on January 12th at 6am. I have been coming to this location over 10 years with just ok custmer service. On this particular morning, i go thru the drive thru, Juliana was at the window. I order my usual, she hands me my extra hot mochoa, however, the top was not secured. The venti extra hot mochoa spilled all over me and my car. I asked for napkins, i was given a couple when my car was swimming in liquid!! I asked for more napkins, i was very upset since, i drive to work in SF everyday. No one offered to help, no one apologized, it appeared, the staff just wanted me out of the line so they could assist the next in line. When i got to work late, i called the starbucks stating, i wanted to speak to a manager and needed a phone number for the District manager. Still no apology from ANYONE!! I THEN CALLED THE DISTRICT MANAGER who abruptly told me, he needed to call me back because he had to take his daughter to school- Mr. Dwayne Jones- what a joke. All i wanted at that time was to gt my car detailed, my cleaners bill paif and an apology. NOTHING!! i finally got a call back from the so, called District manager, he was very rude and not concerned about the incident. He told me to call some 800 number..i have been in Customer Service over 40 years, this is UNACCEPTABLE!! I was a starbucks customer for at least 20 years, i now go to PEETS and will continue to wait for someone at Starbucks to contact me. The customer service at that location needs major improvement!!

Starbucks coffee is burnt (over roasted), bitter, and just downright awful! but I do like their honey citrus mint tea.Customer service at this location is spotty.

I am so so grateful for this Starbucks and every one of the staff members in here they have called me by name and know my coffee and treat me so graciously every time I come in make me feel welcomed and valued the coffee shops right by my gym so I'm here daily delighting in this Starbucks store thank you so much John Vicky and the rest of the beautiful staff there you guys are amazing

It was nice to have a hot and very well made Pumpkin Spice Latte and some Kale/Mushroom egg bites on a cold and rainy day! Thank you for the great customer service as well!
Quick but not the full five ⭐ because they hit or miss on making my order right
