Twice I went in here, twice I was disappointed with the service and the offerings. I generally like to post up and work at SB. My first experience I asked for a caramel Frap, I ended up with a frap with very little caramel. (To be fair, they did offer to pump more caramel into it)My Second experience, I walked in and noticed the completely shut all of the outlets so that you do not have access to plug in. Not sure if this is a policy from the top or this store but if your staff is trying to drive away customers, they are succeeding.

This place is absolute garbage how can you charge someone a drink to use the restroom if you're knowingly see a Triple AAA driver police officer or medical ambulance uniform on and knowingly that they don't have bathrooms in their vehicles I have to go elsewhere to use the restroom and deny them to use the restroom because they didn't purchase an item from their store the management here is complete joke
Super busy! Ordered Irish cream cold brew. It didn’t taste like cold brew that I had at other Starbucks. It more like iced coffee with Irish cream on top.
Got there and was 4th in line, nobody working the register. Line grew to about 10 and two employees doing their best while the manager walked around giving out direction and doing nothing. Not a good representation of the Starbucks brand.
Good coffee as usual and always good customer service.

Always a pleasure to visit this store where I feel welcome any time of the day. The store manager truly cares for my sleeping needs and always recommends me the right products for it. If you don't know your sleep number you don't know what means to sleep good!
