It’s been numerous time I’ve visited this Starbucks and my order has always been consistent of EXTRA light ice. This time I wanted to order in person to find out why I’m not getting the extra light ice. I got extra light ice but only three quarter of my drink was filled as if I had ordered a smaller drink. Very frustrating as he blamed the corporate when I asked him why. Don’t visit this place!
Always clean and sanitizer available. Coffees made as asked.
Prices have gone up and hours and service have been hot or miss. Staffing appears to be an issue. Hopefully this gets resolved.
I checked before hand online to make sure it would be open. Website says they close at 7pm and it was 5 when I stopped by, CLOSED and there were 2 customers inside! there was a hand written sign on the door that says they will be closing by 4pm. So unprofessional at least put it on the website.
Horrible customer service. Baristas are so rude, specially the blonde girls with attitude. Simple mobile order was wrong. They’re not up to date with anything.
Horrible experience. Went today nov 17, 5pm. Horrible employees. I waited around 15 minutes for a two drink mobile order which they purposely did wrong. Strawberry açaí but they “forgot” the strawberries.
