Apparently with the high price doesn't come order accuracy. Even when brought to their attention no steps were taken to try to remedy.Service was slow and the thin crust pizza was burnt. By far the worst experience I've had at this location after having been here many times.
Great food thanks to the lady who help us to night she was new and was busy and still made sher we were took care of thanks .this was a round 8 pm Friday night

This pizza tasted awful! I ordered two halves chicken, and wings. And they got the order right. But the quality of the food is terrible. The chicken is just boiled and shredded chicken. Everything tasted bad I had to throw it. The wings barely had any taste. And they are way too pricy for this quality of food. Maybe their other items are good, but everything that had chicken in it tasted so bad. ?

On 10/9 I decided to dine-in with my family because I really enjoyed a pie I had at their Antioch location. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. The dough they used was abnormally tough to chew. I couldn’t help but suspect that they were using cheaper flour to cut costs or whatnot.The $14 order of chicken wings consisted of 8 measly pieces that did not justify the price point.Our server was nice and attentive enough but the quality of the food just made for anunderwhelming experience.I do not mind paying a premium for food. In fact, I chose Skipolini’s because I’d rather help a local business over your typical mega chain. Sadly, there seems to be a consistency issue with their product. The next time I spend $30 for a medium pizza I will be going elsewhere.

Skipolini's is the best Pizza in Concord. From the dough, sauce, and toppings... Just the best tasting Pizza...Update. I was trying to plan a party for my son and wanted to reserve a table for 20+ and was told I needed to call the day of. Even though I was going to spend 3-4 hundred wouldn't accommodate. Spoke to numerous supervisor's and even the Manager who said he call me back didn't return my call. Even though you have good pizza, I'm all about customer service. Lost a customer for life...
