Great Mushroom, Swiss burger with onion rings perfectly cooked & fried with a wonderful cold & thick vanilla, pineapple & Carmel Shake with whipped cream, topped with pineapple slice & a cherry. Activemenu was used & the delivery driver Ralph B delivered a few minutes early with a very nice smile. Thanks Red Robin, Ralph B & of course you Google as my Saturday afternoon meal was the bomb.
Monster burger on a lettuce wrap. Everything on it. Side salad. My free birthday burger was delicious!!!
We went to concord restaurant and they had a waiting for 30 min, though not many people were inside. Service was really bad. Server takes the order and the person who delivers ask about your preferences again. Then they will keep forgetting again and again. You have to ask for everything.. tissues were not with dishes. I am not coming back.
Everything was great. Had an amazing experience ordering, little to no wait time and picking up my order was hassle free. My order was correct just the way i wanted it ! Will order again?
Had free birthday burger. Site was very hard, thought we were ordering to eat there, it was all boxed up. We asked to eat there, they let us sit at a table to eat out takeout from the bag! No plates , silver... lousy experience. Food was good.
My son loves this place. This is the only place he will consume the entire burger and bread. Not my favorite place for food. But the staff is always amazing.
Chef messed up my husband's order. He ordered a cauliflower crust cheese pizza. They made the pizza but on wrong crust. He realized his mistake and before our server could come out and tell us what happened, the chef took a bite out of it. My husband would have eaten it. Then when they went to remake the pizza they were put od cheese. My dinner however, was delicious.
Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Simply Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. The staff was super friendly and attentive which deserves a five star. The food left so much to be desired. First off. The salad had frozen pieces of fruit which would be nice if I had ordered a frozen salad. The grilled piece of chicken was literally 2/3rds the size of the bun and a bit rubbery when you hit into it. I have to say it was a huge let down from the picture on the menu. If you desire a quality meal at an above average price point, pick somewhere else. If however you just want a quick beer and a basket of fries or chicken strips to chill at the bar then expect that might be the way to go.
Our waitress was nice but the kitchen got a few items wrong and the biggest reason I am not rating higher is that I purchased online gift cards prior to going and it took over a half hour and several employees to pay our bill. It was ridiculous and definitely not happy with the process.
I'm not a huge fan of red Robin. But the food was good & for a burger ? can't complain also service was great so I wasn't waiting or wondering if I can get another drink .Overall 3 stars because I'm not a burger person bt for food it's decent.
