If you order the family meal wings, you almost always have to wait 15 mins for it especially when you want all spicy. Sometimes it’s not given accurately so double check order. Overall service is good, correcting orders with receipt usually doesn’t have an issue, sauces are good to ask when you order or before you leave with order because they will charge you for the sauces excluding hot sauce. Great tasting food always, always love the freshly made food even though there is a wait, and parking is sometimes limited if you eat in but experience is usually great.
Prices are extremely over priced. The largest family meal runs over $50.00.My boyfriend and I shared 2 combo meals which cost $25.00....Also, there is extreme rudeness to encounter while trying to order from all the online customers coming in to pick up their orders. They tend to go tunnel vision and ignore that there are others waiting to place an order. This location seems overwhelmed by this add on feature.

8 bucks for what might have been 1 cup of mac & cheese. Multiple workers walked by counter while I stood there waiting to order, finally had to call out. No smiles from clerk, hardly any eye contact. I'd probably hate working there, too.

Forgot my side of spicy mayo 3 days in a row now. Didn't put utincils in for the Mac and cheese multiple times.They're always rushing and forgetting things.
