You can find this spot in Concord. Coming from Oakley, Antioch, Pittsburg, exit Solano Way and it’s right there to the right. It’s my first time at the restaurant but not my first time trying the food. I used to order/pick up food from the owners house. It’s amazing to see that they finally have a spot!This is a counter serve restaurant, meaning order at the counter and you take the food to your table or to go. The counter is bit high, for shorty like me. And we can’t really see the staff. I’d love to see them work their magic in the kitchen. The restaurant is tiny maybe 6 tables inside. It’s cute but still need a bit more TLC. I liked the vibe in there, the music, the food, the people. Very lively and the music they play…is my jam!Now for the good stuff. The food, is obviouslyamazing! If I used to go to their house to get it. I’m definitely ordering here. This time I ordered the chicken and French toast! Come with fresh strawberries and blueberries. If you like salty n sweet this is for you! I also ordered the Ramen Birria, if you like ramen and beef, yes you guest, go get it! The meat is so tender it’s falling apart and not too spicy. This is soooo good especially on winter season. Oh when you go, make sure to order one of the drinks, my fave? The Ube for sure! Duh!!! Until next time Papi!!!!!!
The birria grilled cheese is possibly the best grilled cheese I have ever had in my entire life. My husband ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and said it was better than any ‘famous’ chicken sandwich he’s ever eaten.Can’t recommend this place highly enough. So so so so so good. You will leave completely full and totally satisfied.
Great chicken sandwiches and pleasant staff. Cheesesteak sandwich is OK but lacking sweet and hot peppers. Service was slow both visits. Once they have a system down for wrapping their food I think their speed will increase. Check them out!
The chicken sandwich here was great! However, the Mac and cheese didn’t have a lot of flavor, and the menu is VERY limited. Not what we were expecting. But the chicken sandwich was good.
Ugh. Wrote a whole review and it got lost.Came for the spicy fried chicken sandwich, but that turned out to be the least exciting item. For $10, it was ok. Meat was fair sized, but not that flavorful. Batter was nice and crispy. Too much mayo. Way too much. No spiciness, despite the name. I've tried a LOT of spicy chicken sandwiches and I probably wouldn't order this again, but it was fair.Birria mulita. Awesome. Price is good. Super flavorful. Star of the show.Birria taco. Also very good. Loved it.Birria ramen. Reminds me of pozole with birria and instant ramen. Not a bad thing. Enjoyed it for $10.Would recommend this place. It's only a bummer that you don't have a lot of options. Flipside is that they specialize in what they do have and it's good as a result.
I have been wanting to try this place for the past few weeks now and man it did not disappoint!!!! We got the tacos, Mac n cheese, and fried chicken sandwich. All of it was amazing, my personal fav was the tacos though because then you really get to enjoy the flavor of the amazing meat. The chicken sandwich was also the best around. Can’t wait to come back again ?
When for the first time after hearing so many people rave about it. I asked for the "secret" menu Keto Birria Tacos for me and a Birria Quesadilla for my friends.PROS: The food ordered was delicious and the person I ordered from was extremely friendly. I will go back and someday hope to treat myself to the hot chicken sandwich everyone raves about.CONS: The front of house, except for a beautiful mural was a bit grungy, especially the floor. And the counter is so high you can't see anyone even when you pick up food, it's handed over a high wall and tough if you happen to be short.
Worth the trip to tryout spicy chicken sandwich. Way better than chick-fil-a!!!
Giant & tasty fried chicken sandwich ($10) - super filling. Strawberry horchata ($3+). Wished there were pictures (with names) since I didn’t really know what the items are based on the menu; I looked at Instagram for pictures but didn’t know if the items were named. Utilize “square” as the method to accept payments. As of December 3, there is no indoor seating and nowhere outside the business to eat the food either. Private parking lot and easy to find parking.
Food was delicious!! My family and I enjoyed every bite. Drinks were perfect, Mango milk tea and Jamaica. Great service too!
