dishonest as hell.asked for a large pizza with beef & mushrooms. They charged me over 32.00, more than any pizza cost there. and then handed me a medium.If ya make the mistake of going there, dont pay cash & make sure you get a receipt . They will scam you if they can. They must think we all are stupid. 5/23/22
Food poisoning. my daughter and were both feeling good last Friday. then we got two different Papa John's pizza's (stuffed crust). after eating we had two different events to attend that night. When we returned we both felt like our dinner was still sitting in our esophagus..then we both were up all night throwing up. it's taken two full days to mostly recover. I called the store on Saturday to let them know what had happened and hopefully prevent others from the same thing. they promised to have the store manager call me back. No response. unacceptable.
FYI: The coupons you receive in the mail from Papa Johns will not be taken! I was told by there customer service after being hung up on and calling back it’s only for “online ordering” !! It doesn’t say that no where on THERE COUPONS it’s the new racket…not all people have online abilities like a lot of Seniors… (I’m going to Dominos Pizza at least they honor their coupons )
Haven't had their pizza but had their wings you have to tell them to bake them crispier so you can get them the way you want them but all of their pizzas look good from what I've seen and they do have a wide variety of pizzas selections
How is this company in business the way they treat the employees. So sad.
do not go here!!!!!! staff are really bad, if they short handed they not gonna let you order!!first i called to place order for pick up the person who answered the phone said no i can not order for pick up and hung up on me right away, so i decided to go to their store and as soon as i came in they asked if its for pick up or we about to order? i said i want to order to go,the exact person who answered the phone was the guy who also said no we cannot order for to go either!! shame on him! very bad attitude!!

Sooo..I go often to pick up. Today I ordered the new Shackaroni special..a good bargain. I ordered another pizza as well. The special had a lot less meat than on any advertisement, maybe half as much. Both pizzas were a bit undercooked! $60 later for two pizzas...at least the driver was great!!! The pizza was a little late..but...I do like the flavors.
I wouldn’t really recommend the chicken wings because my family went to buy chicken wings and went we got home and took a bite of it we notice there was feathers on the chicken wings and it cause food poisoning so I would never order the wings ?
Ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for super bowl and it was on point. Delicious!
