Make sure you double check your order. Especially if you have allergies. Because they can't follow written instructions AT ALL. Ordered on the app for delivery. Made some changes to my sandwhich based on allergies. I ordered a turkey bacon bravo. Took off the tomatoes and emerald greens and changed the bread to sour dough. I know. I made a lot of changes. But what did they send me? Some chicken walnut thing? With tomatoes and emerald greens! Not even CLOSE to what I ordered. So corporate gave me a 15$ reward I can use next time. But to use it I have an order minimum I have to spend money to use their apology. Which to me is bull since you guys messed up with an allergy.
My daughter likes going here for a salad. I order the Mediterranean sandwich and they never do it right!It's hummus that you spread across the bread as if you were making a PP&J sandwich! Yet, they always put a thin layer in the middle of the bread and then place the other toppings in the same general area so the sides of the sandwich might have a piece of lettuce but otherwise dry! It truly is mindboggling that people can't make a simple sandwich right. How hard is it to spread out the toppings on the bread?
The best place to relax and enjoy a great soup
This is a nice Panera Bread bakery and cafe. It’s obviously very similar to all the other Panera Bread locations in the San Francisco, California area. Like all the others there is plenty of space inside for meeting with people and there is free community wifi available. It is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and there is a decent sized parking lot out front.
Quick service, clean place. A nice place to grab a bite while studying. Their Chipotle Avocado Chicken Sandwich is one of my favorites.

Ordered some soup from the app at about 6 o’clock at night. The order was ready when I got there except for the cup of coffee that I ordered. Believe it or not they were completely out of coffee. I get that it was late it seems like they should’ve had some kind of coffee available even at that time. The employees were very apologetic and helpful. I go to this Panera all the time and it’s usually very reliable.
I had Turkey sandwich , tuna sandwich , and two salads and it costed about $50The soup was ok but the serving size made it a rip off. The Turkey sandwich has poor quality everything and had 1-2 small slices of meat. Really lame . The wheat bread tasted like low quality grocery store bag bread. The chips were also bad quality . Salads were worst I’ve ever seen at any Panera’s . Just a real ripoff and I would have been better going to Walmart and making my own sandwiches . Not sure how this place gets good reviews but please don’t be fooled !

They did not complete my order. Paid for an additional side and it is shown on receipt, but they did not provide it with my order. If they would actually check the boxes on the receipt next to each item, then they would have realized I am missing the extra side item. Printed on the bottom of receipt states “accuracy matters” and a place for person to sign for individual who checked the order, but there is no signature because no one checked my order for accuracy. I called multiple times. No one answers the phone and there is no voicemail to leave message.
