Too lazy to make and serve the regular red sauce. The manager hands off pre packaged sweet and sour as if it's what you asked for. Then lies and says they quit serving it.

You pay for food get home and the container is half empty,each time I have gone to Panda it seems they are charging more for a lot less food.
Staff was wonderful very helpful and professional. We had no wait time. We zoomed through the line. The staff was very prompt to get everyones order. The food was wonderful. Very tasty and fresh. Thank you for a great visit
This panda is not koo the food is ok but the women try to make your order very skimpy.. For the price and portion will never go back to this panda. Like 7 shrimp and a small piece of teriyaki chicken!! And i added a small order if chicken to this plate!

Why do people give such bad reviews of Panda Express?! This is not 5star dining, not even 3star, this is a fast food chain & for what it's worth, cheap Chinese food made fast. In my opinion, they're doing ok. I mean as long as the place is clean and food is clean and tastes the same... and you still see customers inside eating, key element for me to eat somewhere is seeing people inside bcuz if no ones eating in there then that's a sign it's not a good place to eat at.People still eat here and you can bet and count on the fact the food will always stay the same regardless if they change cooks. I mean yes the food is the unhealthiest choice but when I want cheap Chinese greasy food with some I just wanna be SOMA (sitting on my @&&) flavor and I don't care it has gluten, I'll go to Panda. I don't eat it all the time but during these past 2days of cheat meal days for me, Panda no matter where I go - I know for a fact will always taste the same. Now not all chains will be clean though. This particular location and day (whoever was staff last night) it was clean, the moment you enter and so was the food . The customer service? They were friendly, and plenty of parking to choose from in the parking lot and Trader Joe's and Starbucks are located in that same shopping block. Oh, And on the receipt is a coupon. You answer the questions and when You return they will honor and give that gift of an extra item of food for your time. Plus the employees let you sample the food. So many options for someone who wants a taste with a 1 item bowl or a 3item combo. Now I'm not pushing gluttony here so just a taste here and there. I like Panda Express and during my cheat meals I'll come, but it's not an everyday thing for me.Panda -Can you guys at the corporate office please add something like cauliflower fried rice so we can pretend to be somewhat healthy here. And maybe shiitake noodles for the chow Mein? Otherwise keep menu same, I still like orange chicken, chicken teriyaki and the noodles. Thanks!UPDATE: Nov. 2, I'm excited!!!
