We’ve been to Mod many, many times. In general, great pizza, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Until now. Overflowing garbage, dirty tables, messy counter. Horrible service, bad attitudes, not one smile or thank you. I was thrilled to see that everyone wore gloves — until we got to the last guy. He proceeded to touch everything before he handled our pizzas. Gross. We left and went across the parking lot to SuperDuper. What a difference.
Just GREAT I say. New service staff it seems but that's everywhere now days. The Cauliflower pizza hit the spot for that trying to be healthy pizza. ?
I came in on 3/31 and from the moment I walked in Laylay greeted me with the warmest welcome and brightest smile, all throughout while I was ordering she engaged in such good conversation and made me laugh, held great eye contact with a smile and did not seem annoyed when i made a mountain of a pizza she also made a beautiful masterpiece of the pizza although the other employees were great they can definitely learn a few thing or two from her, love the confidence and energy she brings to the table. laylay if you see this you are a beautiful young lady and may many blessings come your way !! love, judy! p.s (are those contacts or real eyes?)
Worst pizza place I come here and only1 woman ahead of me they are just talking and took 27min to put my pizza in oven smh last time I'm gonna go here
This store disrespectful to Doordash people I order from doordash I saw it myself when buying here. They say 5 mins but they don't check the name of the order then later they said they don't have in the system. I think proper training they will overcome this buy may be management don't care.
Been 5 times now, 3/5 of said times being slow (employees standing on their phones slow), and *every* time the pizzas have been a mix of burnt and without 2 or more of the toppings ordered. Was really hoping that maybe I happened to come on bad days, especially given these other reviews, but 5 times? Bad location, or at the very least bad late afternoon staff.
It's great! They make your pizza how ever you want it...as many toppings as you want all for one price
2 of the 3 employees were very good, but one was moving so slowly, like he was an paid by the hour employee, not paid by the pizza slow. Even the other workers were getting tired of his stuff, and other guests were seeing it too. Food was as good as Mod Pizza can be so no fault there. But the management should axe that one worker cause 2 guests walked out because they didn't want to wait any longer, couldn't blame them.
Plenty of options to choose from meat lovers cheese lovers salads and even vegan options did enjoy the vegan cauliflower crust
