12:19am I traveled here from pleasant hill because their location closes earlier.This location has a manager that doesn't like debit cards after midnight. It's the 3rd time the cashier welcomes the customer by asking "we are only taking cash at this time, is that ok?"It is NOT OK. I wanted an explanation from the manager but she ignored me in the back pretending to be working while NO ONE ELSE was on front of me at the drive thru ?. As if I was stupid. I stood there for 3minutes then decided not worth my precious life time.And they've lost my business for at least a month. they as in the company in general. I protest by taking my money elsewhere. It's ok if corporate doesn't care ?it's inconvenient as unprofessional coming from a billion dollar company with historically good reputation.In case McDonald's hasn't noticed, fuel prices are out of control and people like myself consider time and travel expenses.It's this attitude of indifference that will gladly take the money and spend it at JACK N THE BOX next door.

It's Mc Donald's so u know what to expect.They finally opened up the upper level of the kids play area, you know because science.Science has shown that covid likes to hang out in the upper level of the kids play area but not the lower. Thanks for caring about the kids health while selling them food that doesn't decompose after years of sitting out. Try it for yourselves everyone.
Last night (1:15 am), my wife and I went to buy hamburgers and we were deceptioned. The burgers didn't have lettuce, tomatoes, mayonese and it was flavorless (probably no salt). We order two hamburgers and we were given three. The charges were $25. Never again.

I told them to put extra pickles on 2 of my burgers and deliberately put only 1 slice of pickle on each when there's Normally 2 . Not coming back.
Never a problem with this Mcds until we go there at night. Expect cold French fries and careless ppl that think bags of fries belong in an upside position in your bag. Worthless bag of employees that will re-fry cold French fries.
i just think fast food is addicting and cheaply made for people who don't have enough to buy healthy food. feels like they're taking advantage (yes i do eat fast food sometimes, tryna break old bad habits >'<)
This place usually has pretty quick drive-thru. I really like the little pancakes or the mcgriddles for breakfast.
Just dropp d in cause I was going to Jiffy lube. They have frozen cokes at this location, which is great.
