Quite busy but fast service. Clean, nice staff and good enough parking. Food taste good.
The McDonald's app online ordering is structured very badly, I orderd online and they have to detect my phone at the store in order to give me my order.although I showed them my order number plenty of times. The cashier was very rude toward not accepting my order number that my pho e had to be detected. This app has to undergo modifications for people who are not personally going to pick up their order as I sent my brother they don't have a pick option on doordash not any other platform.
this is a very busy place every time I go there there is a line of cars ...however they move so quick and get my order to me so fast I really have no idea how they do it ...it's a great place to go they are on it with smiles on there faces ...go there today you will see
People were nice, order was perfect, definitely better than other locations in Concord for food build and friendliness
New Edit: raising it to a 4 because ever since I’ve started doing mobile ordering it just works so much better. I haven’t had them mess up my order. There’s some new faces so maybe the new employees are just more attentive. Overall it’s a McDonalds. Consistent.Old: Dropping it down to 3 from 4. Almost every time i come to this specific location they mess up or forget an item in my order.
It's mickey d's, not the ritz. That being said, this one is generally pretty quick and correct with the food
