Great food. We also love their biscuit and apple butter. yum ?
I haven't been to the restaurant yet but I had some technical difficulties submitting a reservation online so I called the Restaurant. An associate named Rose answered, she was very pleasant and immediately resolved my issue. As I was about to hang up I remembered that I had some questions about the restaurant and Rose didn't have the answers that I was looking but she immediately went to a reliable source to findout for me and I really appreciate that Great Customer Service
We always have a good time at Lucielle's. Many options to choose from on the menu. When ordering the pulled pork, they always give extra meat. Try out their spicy bbq sauce. The Nashville Hot Chicken has the right amount of spice and it nice and crispy. There are great options for kids too! My daughter likes the mini dogs with a side of watermelon.
My friend invited me to join him for a late lunch. We were greeted nicely and brought to a clean booth. It was a Tuesday, so not crowded at all. The menu was easy to read with many good selections. The Baby Back Ribs were very meaty and tasty ? (full rack just $4 more than 1/2 rack). After eating the biscuit w/ delicious butter spread plus two sides of BBQ beans and cole slaw, had plenty of ribs to bring home. Our server was friendly & accommodating. Water comes in a very large glass, so refills aren't necessary. My friend used a gift card, which created a little confusion, but it was an excellent lunch at a reasonable/high price. Good atmosphere. Worth a visit!
We've been coming here since they opened. Just waited 35 minutes, like we always do. They text us saying table is ready. We come in the hostess, get the menus, for us and our small children. As she's walking us to our booth, a person she identified as a manager sat people down in the booth we we're 5 ft. from sitting down in the booth. How g.d. rude. So she had to sit us down outside in the cold porch, that's all that was available or we would have to wait even longer. She said someone complained, so they got to jump the line. So if you don't feel like waiting in line or want a freebie, complain to the manager. I guess that's a thing here.
Last time we were here was amaze balls. This time, I am like, where is the seasoning? Our cauliflower Buffalo tasted so close to good Buffalo wings but had a weird dressing taste that had a blotter finish and softened really fast- salt would help. Nacho brisket fries were dry and so tasteless! How can there be so many ingredients with no flavor? Fries were OK. Then the kicker was the, I will quote here, "Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich". ? Wth. Where is the hot? There was no seasoning, no spice. It had a slight sweet from the slaw and a little savory from the potato bun, great bread and buttle pickles and the chicken was fried well. But really if "hot" is in the title then it should be at least slightly hot? No hot. Nothing. But the price for our meal was awesome. Happy Hour!
The food is great and the service friendly. However, when I was there it was a 45 minute wait despite 2/3 of the tables sitting empty. I guess like everyone else they can't find enough staff to fill the restaurant

Really delicious BBQ. Hubby had a 3 meat plate: red hot link, brisket, and beef ribs (sides mac n cheese and garlic mash). I had the jambalaya with a side of braised greens. They start us off with a sugar crusted biscuit with whipped apple butter each. The brisket was not too fatty. Each bite we tried with a different bbq they had to offer. There was original, a mustard base, and a hot and spicy. The original was ok. A little sweet, nothing to rave about. The best was the hot and spicy. Good balance of spices with the sweetness.Hot links was my favorite off his plate. Great snap.My jambalaya was hot. Succulent shrimps, chunks of hot links and chicken throughout. Great night out.
Friendly service. Great drinks. But the quality of the food, is not what once was. I understand they have to keep their prices competitive, so something has got to give.
