There are two Thai restaurants across the street from my house that are both great, but I will drive further to Love Thai because it’s my favorite!Every time I dine here I try something new and I have enjoyed every dish. Great food, staff, and service.
Service was not so good, we were seated and it took a while for someone to come over and take our order for drinks let alone bring us water to the table. The food was not so good it seemed to be rushed from the kitchen, the crab fried rice was mushy. I got a regular tea and the sugar packets were old and had previously been wet and were hard. The server was nice. Only 1 person in our party of 6 liked their food. Will not likely come back to this place.
I don't know why Love Thai has a 4.4 rating. This place rocks the Thai! I ordered takeout for the first time yesterday as Koon and Mai Thai up the road and a bit closer to me took extended Mother's day holidays and were closed Tuesday. I ordered the Eggplant stir fry, Spicy Basil, Sweet Chili Fish, Crispy Veggie Roles, Fresh Prawn Spring rolls and the Honey Garlic wings.I didn't order in advance and placed my order at the counter. Was told 20 minutes but it was closer to 30, so if you have a similar wait time just remember..., great food takes time!Every item was stellar and the ingredients were fresh. We ate like royalty and felt lite and satisfied afterwards which says boatloads about the ingredients and the preparation.Perhaps I should lower the rating to keep my best new Thai place to eat in the area a bit less known for a while! :-) Hats off to the new owners/management.
Placed a large-ish doordash order for a coworker's birthday and we were all delighted by the quality and quantity of food received! The portion sizes were such that most (maybe all, I didn't ask everyone) of us have leftovers. It took approximately an hour for the ten meals to be delivered and half of that was delivery time so that's fantastic kitchen turn around, especially for the amount of food!Everything was still hot and fresh upon delivery, tasted delicious, and was wonderfully seasoned, though a little mild on the spice.Suggest saying extra spicy if you want something really hot as the spicy basil fried rice and spicy string beans were both very tasty but not particularly spicy.
One of the best restaurants around!! The food is just delicious! No matter what you order it really tastes like love and passion for the food. The chef definitely makes everything with care. It reminds me the food culture from Japan where even a simple ball of rice has details and it's served for people to enjoy. The ambience is also amazing, nice music, beautiful decorations and colors, a whole line of simple orchids in the middle brings life to this place. Definitely there are people behind this place that are trying their best. Come and enjoy your time here definitely you won't regret it. I'll come back for sure for more!
Great food! Really delicious, creamy green curry with roasted eggplant on top. Drunken noodles was a good amount of spice and chicken was really tender. Portions are great for the prices! Service was fantastic as well, appreciated the waitresses recommendations. Veggie egg rolls come with 4 and are alright. Outside little patio is cute too.
Severe food poisoning alert! Avoid this place. We ordered lunch from this place and I’ve never gotten the worst food poisoning. We paid almost $100 for lunch. I asked for the money back but received a ton of excuses back and the manager never called me back. No wonder they changed their name, this must have happened before. As soon as I explained the situation they said “we’ll be talking to our insurance”. Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem. The worst Thai place and customer service ever.UPDATE: the manager/owner is rude, defensive and insulting. He accuses every bad review of being “false”. Good luck doing business this way. This information is not false. And you also trying to take back something your employee had said blaming it on the language barrier.I am not trying to go back and forth with you on this matter, I have proof of getting the food, getting the food poisoning and proof of all the associated expenses and inconvenience this have caused me. Based on that, I would like to warn people of this possibly happening to them and that they should know you will not do anything about it. Good day, Sir.
Love this place!! Excellent high quality food. Very fresh! Friendly service. Will definitely come back again and recommend to others!
I just ate there and can’t believe I was on this side of the ocean. A++++fantastic food service and one hell of an atmosphere. Please stop by ask for Chad and tell him Poosh sent you.
